ดูจาก Gameplay แล้ว ก็เรียกว่าฉากต่อสู้ยังคงดูอลังการชวนน่าตื่นเต้นกันเช่นเคย ถึงแม้ว่าจะฉีกกฏไปแนวอนาคตก็ตาม
แต่ก็ยังทำออกมาได้ดี นอกจากถือปืนยิงแล้วยังสามารถบังคับหุ่น Drone เพื่อช่วยโจมตีกันอีกด้วย งานนี้แฟนๆ ไม่ควรพลาด

สยึมกึ๋ยที่ทำให้เกมเมอร์ที่ชอบเล่นเกมน่ากลัว ๆ หลาย ๆ คนต้องหรี่เสียงลำโพง (เพราะน่ากลัวโคตร) โดยใน Dead Space

ทีม Kilo กำลังถูกขึ้นศาลไตร่สวนในข้อหาฝ่าฝืนกฏหมายขัดต่อรัฐบาล โดยผู้พัน "Loomis" หัวหน้าหน่วย COGs ได้กล่าวหาพวกเขาว่า
ได้ละทิ้งหน้าที่ไม่ปฏิบัติตามคำสั่ง, บุกรุกขโมยเทคโนโลยีทางทหาร และก่อการกบฏ ตัวเกมจะถูกเซตฉากใน Halvo Bay ที่ซึ่งเป็นบ้าน
