แสควร์เอนิกส์เตรียมปล่อยเดโมเกมอาร์พีจีฟอร์มใหญ่ "Final Fantasy Type-0" สำหรับเครื่อง PSP พร้อมแถมเนื้อหาฟรีให้กับผู้ทดลองเล่นที่ซื้อเกมในตอนออกจริงด้วย

เดโมดังกล่าวมีชื่อเรียกว่า "นัตสึบิ" โดยจะมีตัวละครให้เลือก 7 คนและภารกิจเนื้อเรื่อง 4 แบบสำหรับทดลองเล่น เป็นเวอร์ชันเดียวกับที่ทางสแควร์เอนิกส์นำไปออกตามงานอิเวนท์ในญี่ปุ่นขณะนี้ แต่คาดว่าจะมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงเล็กน้อยเมื่อนำมาให้ดาวน์โหลด

สำหรับผู้ที่ดาวน์โหลดเดโมลงเครื่อง PSP ตัวเกมจะนำข้อมูลเซฟไปเชื่อมต่อกับเวอร์ชันเต็มที่จะออกมาในภายหลังเพื่อปลดล็อกชุดเครื่องแบบฤดูร้อนของตัวละครมาให้ใช้กันได้ด้วย

เดโมของ "Final Fantasy Type-0" จะเริ่มเปิดให้โหลดในวันที่ 11 สิงหาคมนี้ทั้งทางเพลย์สเตชันสโตร์และหน้าเว็บไซต์อย่างเป็นทางการ ส่วนเกมจริงจะวางขายใน วันที่ 13 ตุลาคม ราคา 7,700 เยน (ประมาณ 2,900 บาท) แพงกว่าเกม PSP ทั่วไปเล็กน้อยและจะใช้แผ่น UMD ถึงสองแผ่น
