สตูดิโอเกม Epic Games North Carolina ได้ประกาศการรับสมัครตำแหน่งโปรแกรมเมอร์พัฒนาด้านระบบการเล่น
เพื่อร่วมงานทำเกม Gears of War 3 กับเกมตัวใหม่ที่ยังไม่ประกาศและอยู่ในระหว่างพัฒนา โดยทาง Epic Games ได้ระบุคุณสมบัติว่า
ต้องมีความเข้าใจอย่างถ่องแท้กับการพัฒนาเกมให้สนุกและมีความคิดวิเคราะห์ในการพัฒนาเกมอันเป็นส่วนประกอบที่สำคัญ
