Shellshock 2: Blood Trails คุณจะได้รับบทเป็น Nate Walker นายทหารเกณฑ์หน้าใหม่ที่ถูกบรรจุและถีบโด่งมายังสงครามเวียดนามแบบสดๆ
ร้อนๆ จนกระทั่งได้พบกับ Cal Walker พี่ชายร่วมสายเลือดผู้ถูกส่งมาก่อนหน้า โดยตอนนี้พี่ของเขาอยู่ในสภาพที่ยับเยิน บ้าเลือด คลุ้มคลั่ง จนไม่อาจจะเรียกได้ว่าเป็น ‘คน’ อีกต่อไป
