เหมือนกับว่าคุณไม่ได้ใช้งานในฐานะ admin
ลองติดตั้งใหม่แล้วเลือกไม่ให้มันสร้าง shotcut ต่างๆดูครับ

คุฯใช้คอมโรงงานรึเปล่าเนี้ย มี Document and Setting/All Users
ต้อง Login หน้า admin ครับ
