งานVGAนั้น เป็นงานที่จัดโดยSpike ช่องเคเบิ้ลของทางอเมริกา เป็นงานให้รางวัลเกมในปีนั้นๆ ให้กล่าวก็คือคล้ายๆกับออสการ์ของวงการเกมนั่นแหละ ปีนี้จัดขึ้นเป็นครั้งที่ 10 โดยมีอีกชื่อว่า VGA TEN เป็นการฉลองการจัดงานครั้งที่10ไปในตัวด้วย โดยงานจะเริ่มในวันที่ 7 ธันวาคม 2012 ที่Sony Picture Studios Culver City,California ปีนี้โฮสเป็น Samuel L. Jackson ด้วยนะครับ:)

แม้ว่าเกมนี้จะได้ชื่อว่าเป็นเกม The Phantoms Pain อย่างไรก็ตามในเทรลเลอร์นี้ก็มีข้อสังเกตุมากมายที่ทำให้แฟนๆ เชื่อได้ว่าเกมนี้จริงๆ แล้วอาจจะเป็นเกม
"Metal Gears Solid V" ก็ได้ ซึ่งข้อสังเกตุที่แฟนๆ พบเจอในเทรลเลอร์นั้นสามารถสรุปได้ดังต่อไปนี้


เมื่อนำชื่อต้นของ Joakim Mogren (เจ้าของสตูดิโอ Moby Dick ผู้พัฒนาเกมนี้) มาสลับตำแหน่งตัวอักษรแล้ว จะได้ชื่อคนที่เราคุ้นเคยเป็นอย่างดีนั่นคือ Kojima
โดเมนของบริษัท MobyDick (MobyDickStudio.se) เพิ่งจดเมื่อวันที่ 19 พฤศจิกายน 2012 นี่เอง
จากในเทรลเลอร์ ตัวละครที่มีไฟลุกโชติช่วงชัชวาลนั้น คล้ายกับผู้พัน Yevgeny Borisovitch Volgin ในเกม Metal Gear Solid 3 ไม่มีผิด
กลีบดอกไม้ในเทรลเลอร์นั้นคล้ายกับที่เคยเห็นในฉากจบของเกม Metal Gear Solid 3
ตัวละครในฉากนั้นคล้ายกับ Snake เป็นอย่างมาก แถมยังมีแผลเป็นที่หน้าคล้ายกับในภาพของ Snake ในเกม Metal Gear Solid : Ground Zeroes อีกต่างหาก
หากยังจำกันได้ ตอนเปิดตัวเกม Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes นั้น ได้มีคำเปรยว่า “From Fox, Two phantoms were born.” ซึ่งอาจจะหมายถึงว่าสามารถแตกออกมาเป็นเกม Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes และเกม Metal Gear Solid V ก็เป็นได้

ตรงนี้อาจจะเป็นปัญหาเรื่องทางต้นสังกัดอยากให้เกมออกมาเร็วด้วยน่ะครับ สำหรับผู้พัฒนาเกมแล้ว ใครก็อยากให้เกมออกมาดูสมบูรณ์ที่สุด แต่ในเมื่อมีเวลามาบีบบังคับก็ต้องปล่อยเกมออกไปก่อน แล้วแก้บัค ทีหลัง ประมาณนี้ครับ

ยกตัวอย่างเกมแบบทำลวกๆ เหมือนจะโดยเร่ง ก็น่าจะเป็น Dragon Age 2 น่าจะเข้าข่ายอยู่นะ :)
