แม้ว่าจะไม่ใช่ข่าวอย่างเป็นทางการจากทาง Rockstar เอง แต่อย่างน้อยก็ยังพอเป็นข่าวดีให้กับเกมเมอร์ชาว PC กันบ้างล่ะ
เพราะทาง Nvidia มีเผยแย้มๆมาว่า เกมส์ Grand Theft Auto V ภาคใหม่ล่าสุดมีกำหนดวางจำหน่ายคร่าวๆสำหรับชาว PC
ในช่วงฤดูใบไม้ร่วงปลายปี 2013 นี้ ซึ่งอาจจะเป็นเดือนพฤศจิกายน โดยข่าวดังกล่าวนี้เผยมาจากงานแถลงเรื่องงบประมาณ
ประจำปีของ Nvidia โดยคุณ Chris Evenden ซีเนียร์ไดเรคเตอร์ กล่าวว่า

"แม้ปัจจุบันตลาดของอุปกรณ์สมาร์ทโฟนและแท็บเล็ท จะมีแนวโน้มเติบโตสูง แต่ในด้านของตลาดเกมส์ PC เองก็มีการเติบโตขึ้นเรื่อยๆ
แบบไม่หยุดนิ่งเช่นกัน เพราะมีเกมส์ฟอร์มใหญ่ป้อนมาให้ชาว PC เล่นกันมากขึ้น ทำให้ตลาดการค้าอุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์เองก็ยังคงเติบโต

ซึ่งจากรายชื่อเกมส์นั้น ทาง Rockstar ยังไม่ประกาศเลยว่าจะมี Grand Theft Auto V ลง PC แต่ทาง Nvidia กลับประกาศว่า
จะมีและออกปลายปี 2013 นี้ด้วย ซึ่งมีความเป็นไปได้ 2 กรณีด้วยกันคือ Grand Theft Auto V จะออกลง PC จริงๆปลายปีนี้
หรือไม่ก็คุณ Chris Evenden ประกาศชื่อเกมส์ผิด ไม่ก็เข้าใจผิดว่ามันออก PC ด้วย ทั้งที่จริงๆแล้วยังไม่กำหนดลง PC

ทั้งนี้ทางร็อคสตาร์ ยังได้เผยรายละเอียดเพิ่มเติมสำหรับตัวเกม โดยได้ระบุถึงฟีเจอร์การเล่นสลับสับเปลี่ยนไปมาระหว่าง
ตัวละครเอกทั้ง 3 คน ซึ่งในภาคใหม่นี้จะเปิดอิสระให้ผู้เล่นสามารถสลับเปลี่ยนไปเล่นเป็นตัวละครอื่นๆเพื่อดูเหตุการณ์
ในชีวิตประจำวันของแต่ละตัวละครได้ทุกเมื่อ แต่ต้องเป็นช่วงว่างๆที่ตัวละครของเราไม่ได้ติดทำภารกิจอะไร

นอกเหนือจากการสลับสับเปลี่ยนตัวละครแล้ว ในเกมภาคใหม่นี้ยังมีโหมดมัลติเพลย์เยอร์ที่เรียกว่า "Grand Theft Auto Online"
