Tecmo Koei และ Team Ninja จัดเต็มกันอย่างต่อเนื่องหลังจากเปิดตัว Dead or Alive 5 แล้ว คราวนี้มาถึงเกมแอ็คชั่นสุดหฤโหดอย่าง Ninja Gaiden 3 กันบ้าง กับเทรลเลอร์ใหม่ล่าสุดส่งตรงจากงาน Tokyo Game Show 2011 ที่งานนี้ยังได้มีการเปิดเผยโหมดการเล่นแบบใหม่อีกด้วย กับโหมดการเล่นในรูปแบบ Online mode 8 ผู้เล่นที่ผู้เล่นแต่ละคนนั้นจะสามารถสร้างตัวละครได้เอง
