วิธีติดตั้ง:
1>. โหลดไฟล์ให้ครบ 7 ไฟล์
2>. แตกไฟล์และใส่พาสเวิร์ด
3>. เม้าท์ไฟล์ ด้วยโปรแกรม DAEMON Tools หรือโปรแกรมตัวอื่นที่มีความสามารถในการเม้าท์อิมเมจไฟล์
4>. ติดตั้งเกมส์ตามปกติ
5>. ให้ทำการติดตั้งตัว Update ที่อยู่ในโฟลเดอร์ Outlast.Update เลือกระหว่างตัว Update-Reloaded หรือ Update-FTS เลือกตัวใดตัวหนึ่ง แล้วเลือกติดตั้งตัว Update ไปไว้ในโฟลเดอร์ที่เก็บโปรแกรม \Outlast
6>. ก๊อป Crack ทั้งหมดที่อยู่ในโฟลเดอร์ Outlast.Update (ขึ้นอยู่กับว่าลงของ Reloaded หรือ FTS) ไปวางที่ไดเรคทอรี่ที่ติดตั้งและลงเกมส์เอาไว้ หรือเอาไปวางตามไดเรคทอรี่ที่อยู่ตามโฟลเดอร์ข้างล่างนี้
