อะไรคือ ตัว Nether ?
Nether จะมีหลายลักษณะ หลายชนิด รูปแบบการโจมตีก็จะแตกต่างออกไปโดยผู้สร้างเกมได้อธิบายชนิดและการโจมตีของ Nether ไว้คร่าวๆดังนี้
The Lost
Stumbling, broken, mindless, volatile. All of these words describe the Lost, half-nether-half-human hybrid mutants that stagger through the broken post-Cull world. Mostly deaf and nearly blind, the Lost exist in a haze of pain and suffering, barely aware of the world around them. All that remains in these desecrated husks in the most basic survival instinct, which causes them to lash out at nearby threats. Due to the rapid mutation that has deformed the Lost, their bodies are extremely unstable. If these creatures are disturbed, they have a tendency to explode violently, spraying dangerous toxic fluids and shards of bone like shrapnel.
The Lost - เป็นศัตรูที่จะระเบิดตัวเองเมื่อมีคนเข้าใกล้ ซึ่งการระเบิดจะทำให้เชื้อกรด สารพิษต่างๆ ไปโดนผู้เล่นได้
Runners
The most common Nether mutation, Runners are strong, fast, and hyper-aggressive. Like most Nether, they primarily track their enemies through sound, and once they catch a hint of their prey, these hulking Nether won't stop until you're dead or they are...unless they sense an easier kill nearby.
Runners - เป็นศัตรูที่เร็วและแข็งแรง จับการเคลื่อนไหวของคนโดยใช้เสียงเป็นหลัก Nether ชนิดนี้จะไม่หยุดไล่ล่าคุณจนกว่ามันหรือคุณจะตาย นอกเสียจากว่ามันเจอคนที่สามารถฆ่าง่ายกว่า
Shriekers
Shriekers are smaller but extremely dangerous. While less common than their larger counterparts, Shriekers can often be seen wandering near recently vacated crash sites or abandoned campgrounds, scavenging whatever they can. When attacked, Shriekers will let out a piercing call, alerting other Nether to the presence of a possible threat. They attack with an acidic bile that they spit in their targets' eyes to blind them and slow them down until even more dangerous Nether arrive. However, Shriekers are survivors above all else, and will flee when attacked, all the while calling out to other hunters in the area.
Shiekers - มีขนาดตัวที่เล็กกว่าแต่อันตรายเป็นอย่างยิ่ง สามารถพบเจอได้ตามจุดเครื่องบินตก หรือ สถานที่ร้างหักพัง แคมป์ต่างๆ เมื่อเจอคน Nether ตัวนี้จะส่งเสียงเรียกร้องพวกของมัน ทำให้ Nether ในระแวกนั้นๆได้ยิน Shiekers จะทำการจู่โจมโดยการพ่นสารพิษใส่หน้าผู้เล่น ทำให้มองลำบาก เพื่อทำให้ผู้เล่นมีอุปสรรคจนรอบตัวเริ่มอันตรายมากขึ้นเรื่อยๆจากการเรียกพวกพ้องของมัน
Hunters
Hunters are a more pure form of the Runner Nethers, quicker, hardier and even more bloodthirsty. With senses that are more finely tuned than their more simple counterparts and more complex tracking methods, Hunters can catch even wary survivors off guard, and they will often track their prey over huge distances before coming in for the kill. Taking down a hunter is a major milestone for most survivors of the Cull, and can often be very rewarding.
Hunters - เป็นชนิดที่กระหายเลือดกว่า เร็วและแข็งแรงกว่า ชนิดที่กล่าวๆมา สามารถมองเห็นได้ระยะไกล
Stalkers
Stalkers hunt from on high, and perch themselves on elevated vantage points around the city to spot prey from further out. Stalkers can be spotted from a distance by vigilant survivors since they emit a slight radiant glow from their eyes, which are more evolved than those of their grounded counterparts. Once they choose a target, Stalkers have a variety of natural weapons that they use to bring down potential targets quickly and quietly. The survivors that are most likely to live through an encounter with a Stalker are those that are able to quietly slip beneath this Nether's baleful gaze.

Reapers are the biggest and most dangerous Nethers that have emerged so far since the Cull. A survivor that encounters a Reaper alone really has no choice to make. They should start running.

มีตึกกว่า 90% ที่คุณสามารถเข้าไปสำรวจได้ ขึ้นไปบนหลังคาได้ โดยแผนที่จะแบ่งออกเป็น 3 เกาะอีกต่างหาก
