ประกาศผลกันแล้วกับรางวัลแต่ละสาขาของงานเกม Spike VGX 2013 Award และเกมที่คว้ารางวัลใหญ่สุด Game of the Year ไปก็เป็นไปตามคาดนั่นก็คือ Grand Theft Auto 5 ส่วนเกม PC ยอดเยี่ยมเรียกได้ว่าเหนือความคาดหมายเอามากๆเพราะรางวัลตกเป็นของ Gone Home โค่นเกมยักษ์อย่าง Battlefield 4 ไปได้ ด้านล่างเป็นรายชื่อที่เข้าชิงแต่ละสาขาส่วนตัวหนานั้นเป็นผู้ชนะในสาขานั้นครับ จะตรงใจกันไหมลองดูกัน
