ขอผิดหมวดหน่อยนะครับ

คือผมซื้อเกม Assassin creed 4 ใน Steam ไปแล้วมันจะมี Cd key ให้พอกดเล่นมันจะให้เล่นผ่าน Uplay อะครับ แล้วมันจะให้ใส่ Cd key ที่มันให้มาใน steam พอผมใส่แล้วมันขึ้นแบบนี้อะ "This CD Key or Activation Code is already in use with another Uplay Account. For more information, please contact Ubisoft Support." ผมลองถาม Uplay support เค้าบอกให้ถ่ายรูป Cd key กับ กล่องมาอะ แต่ผมซื้อแบบ Digital download อะ แล้ว Steam support ก็ไม่ตอบ
