RPG คืออะไร? RPG ย่อมาจาก Role Play Gaming ความหมายของ Role Play Gaming ในความหมายของ Server ของเราคือ การเล่นแบบสมมุติ หรือ สวมบทบาทใน หน้าที่ต่างๆ บทบาทต่างๆ เช่น ประชาชน ตำรวจ ทหาร หมอ โจร เป็นการเล่นให้สมจริง โดยการเล่นตามกฏหมาย หรือ ผิดกฏหมายก็แล้วแต่ความคิดนะครับ แต่ว่าต้องทำภายใต้กฏการอยู่ร่วมกันของ

กฏหมายในเกม (Game Law)
** ความหมายของคำที่จะเจอต่อไปนี้ (สำคัญ) **

1. RolePlay - การเล่นอย่างสมบทบาทของตัวละครที่เล่น เหมือนทำให้ตัวละครมีชีวิต มิใช่เป็นหุ่นเชิด
1. RolePlay mean you pretend to be a person that you can't be in your real lifr, it's not a pupet
2. Random Deathmatch (RDM) - การฆ่า Player ผู้อื่นโดยไม่เกี่ยวข้องกับข้อที่ 1 (DayZ,Westland,Battlefield เป็นต้น)
2. Random Deathmatch (RDM) mean Player can kill anyone except Roleplay player (DayZ,Westland,Battlefield etc.)
3. Disconnect - การหลบหนีโดยไม่ว่าจะวิธี Alt+F4 หรือ ดึงสาย Internet เพื่อให้ตัวละคร Offline ทันทีเพื่อหลบหนีในสถานะการณ์ต่างๆ

Law in [TH] Arma3 " Alitslife Survival (dbth&Aliens)
*กฎหมาย หมายถึง ระบบของกฎและแนวทางปฏิบัติซึ่งบังคับใช้ผ่านสถาบันทางสังคมเพื่อควบคุมพฤติกรรม ในทุกที่ที่เป็นไปได้
*Law mean The system of rules which are enforced through social institutions to govern behaviour.
New Life Rule(กฏของชีวิตใหม่)
1.ถ้าตายระหว่างการ Roleplay จะเป็นชีวิตใหม่
1.If player dead during Roleplay, It's a new life.
2.ถ้าตั้งใจ Disconnect ไม่ถือว่าเป็นชีวิตใหม่
2.If player mean to Disconnect, It's not a new life.
3.ถ้าตายรถหว่างการ RDM ไม่ถือว่าเป็นชีวิตใหม่
3.If player dead druing RDM, It's not a new life.
4.ถ้ากด Respawn ไม่ถือว่าเป็นชีวิตใหม่
4.If player press "Resspawn" , It's not a new life
5.ถ้าตั้งใจฆ่าตัวตายเพื่อหนีการ Roleplay ไม่ถือว่าเป็นชีวิตใหม่

การ Random Deathmatching (RDM)
1.ฆ่าใครก็ตามโดยไม่มีเหตุผลของการ Roleplay
1.Player kill player without reason of Roleplay
2.การทำการกบฏ(Rebelion)ไม่ใช่เหตุผลของการฆ่าทุกคน แม้แต่ตำรวจ
2.Rebelion, It's not a reason for kill player even police.
3.ตำรวจ และ ประชาชน/กบฏ สามารถเริ่มยิงก่อนเมื่อมีเหตุผลที่กับ อาชญากรรม
3.Police and Civilian/Rebellion can open fire for a crime reason
4.ถ้าคุณถูกฆ่าระหว่างการยิงกันไม่ถือว่าเป็นRDM
4.Player dead during gun fight,It's not RDM.
5.ฆ่าคนเพื่อที่จะปกป้องตัวเองหรือคนอื่นๆไม่ถือว่าเป็น RDM
5.Player kill player for protect youself, It's not RDM.
6.ฆ่าคนโดยไม่มีเหตุผลอาจถือว่าเป็น RDM

Communication Rules(กฏการสนทนา)
1.ห้ามใช้ Side Chat เพื่อการเปิดเพลงหรือทำให้คนอื่นรำคาญ
1.Player can't play music in sidechat to annouing another player.
2.การ Spam ในทุกๆchannelอาจทำให้ถูกเตะออก
2.Spam in every channel play will benn kick from sever.
3.Teamspeak 3 แบ่งห้องเพื่อให้เกิดระเบียบตำรวจควรอยู่ในห้องของตำรวจตลอดเวลา
3.Teamspeak 3 separate into room for method and police must be in police room.
4.ห้ามประชาชนเข้าไปในห้องตำรวจหรือตำรวจเข้าห้องประชาชนเพื่อดักฟัง,เก็บข้อมูล
4.Civilian or Police can't sneak into another room for eavesdro or collecting data.
ยานพาหนะ (Vehicles)
1.ห้ามตั้งใจขับรถชนคน(VRDM)
1.Player can't kill player by vehicles (VRDM)
2.ห้ามตั้งใจวิ่งไปตัดหน้ารถ
2.Player can't jump over car during car still running.
3.ห้ามตั้งใจขับรถไปชนรถคนอื่นเพื่อให้ระเบิด
3.Player can't drive car bump to another means Explosion.
4.ห้ามโขมยรถตอนที่เขาไม่ทันตั้งตัวที่จะสามารถล๊อครถได้
4.Player can't steal another car when player just jump off car.
5.ห้ามตั้งใจยิงรถเพื่อที่จะทำลายให้ยิงแค่เพื่อ Disable หรือยิงเตือนเท่านั้น
5.Plater can't shoot car for explosion, Can only disable or shoot for warnung only.
6.รถที่ใช้ก่อเหตุอาชญากรรมทุกรูปแบบ ปล้น ลักทรัพย์ สร้างสถานการณ์ความไม่สงบจะถูกยึดและทำลาย
6.Crime car will be impound and destroy.
การบิน (Aviation)
1.ห้ามนำฮอไปบินชนฮอลำอื่น ยานพาหนะ หรือ สิ่งก่อสร้าง เพื่อหวังสร้างความวุ่นวาย
1.Player can't fly Heli. to bump another Heli. or build stucture mean disorder.
2.ห้ามใช้เพดานบินต่ำกว่า 150 เมตรในบริเวณเมืองเกิดต่างๆ หากไม่มีความจำเป็น
2.Player can't fly under 150m. in town.If unnecessary.
3.ห้ามขโมย ฮ ตอนที่เขาไม่ทันตั้งตัวตอนที่จะล๊อค (เช่นยื่นอยู่ข้างๆ ฮ ตอนที่เขาไม่เห็น)
3.Player can't hijack Heli. when another just jump off a Heli.
3.1 สามารถขโมยได้เมื่อเห็นว่าเขา(ลืม)ล๊อค ฮ ของเขาเอง
3.1 By the way, Player can't hijack, If another player fogot to lock Heli.
เรือ (Sail)
1.ห้ามผลักเรือที่ไม่ใช่ของตัวเอง
1.(งง กับคำถาม)
2.ห้ามตั้งใจผลักเรือไปชนคนเพื่อให้บาดเจ็บหรือตาย
2.Player can't sail bump to anothe player or another boat
3.ห้ามตั้งใจขับชนคนที่อยู่ในน้ำ
3.Player can't sail to bump player underwater.
อาวุธ (Arm)
ห้ามซื้อปืนให้กันเป็นอันขาด ถือว่าเป็นของเถื่อนมีโทษทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
Player can't buy arm to another player.Considered contraband, punishable by both imprisionment and fine.
ตำรวจห้ามเอาอาวุธไปให้ประชาชนถ้าฝ่าฝืนจะทำให้โดนแบนหรือปลดจากตำรวจ
Police can't sell police gun to civilian.If violator will be banned or retire from the plice.
1.ประชาชนห้ามถืออาวุธในเมือง
1.Civilian can't hold gun during be in town
2.ประชาชนสามารถถือปืนนอกเมืองได้แต่ควรให้ตำรวจตรวจใบอนุญาติและไม่ชี้ปืนใส่ตำรวจ
2.Civilian can hold gun out town but must have a licence and can't point a gun to the police
การทำงานของตำรวจ (Police Work)
1.ประชาชนสามารถโดนจับได้ถ้าไปค้นกระเป๋า/รถของตำรวจ
1.Police can serch for illegal thing in your backpack or car
2.ประชาชนสามารถโดนจับได้ถ้าบอกตำแหน่งของตำรวจให้โจรรู้
2.Civilian will under arrest,If Civilian Located police to terrorist
3.ถ้าประชาชนหรือ rebel เอาปืนขึ้นมายิงตำรวจโดยไม่มีเหตุผลจะถือว่าเป็นการRDM
3.Cv. or Rebelion shoot officer without reason, It's be RDM.
4.ถ้าตามตำรวจหรือก่อกวนเป็นเวลานานๆจะถือเป็นการspammingหรือการก่อกวน
4.Cv. following officer so long time and annou officer,It's Spaming
5.การขัดขวางเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจอาจทำให้ถูกจับได้
5.Blockade duty office Cv. might under arrest.
หลักการชดเชย (Compensation Principle)
กรณีหากเรียกให้ตำรวจมา ImProved รถให้ทำการถ่ายรูปรถและชื่อตำรวจเอาไว้ทุกครั้งหากมีกรณีเกิดความผิดพลาดทางระบบ รถหาย ไม่อยู่ใน Garage ให้นำรูปมาโฟสในกลุ่มและชี้แจงด้วยเหตุผลแล้วเจ้าหน้าที่จะทำการชดเชยให้-กรณีหากตำรวจ ทำการทำลายทรัพย์สินของCivilโดยไม่มีเหตุผลให้ทำการถ่ายรูปและตำรวจไว้ และนำมาโฟสรูปหน้ากลุ่ม พร้อมชี้แจงด้วยเหตุผลทางตำรวจจะชดใช้ค่าเสียหายพร้อมลงโทษตำรวจรายนั้นๆ*บางกรณีตำรวขอาจจะเป็นการเข้าใจผิดคิดว่าเป็น โจร ตำรวจจึงจำเป็นต้องยิง ให้ทำการไปคุยปรับความเข้าใจกันหากมีความเหมาะสมตำรวจจะชดใช้ค่าเสียหายให้-กรณีพบ บัค ต่างๆของเกมที่ทำให้สิ่งของทรัพย์สินเสียหาย ให้ทำการถ่ายรูปเอาไว้"อย่างชัดเจน"แล้วนำมาโฟสที่หน้ากลุ่ม และชี้แจงด้วยเหตุผล หากทางเจ้าหน้าที่เห็นว่าสมควร จะทำการชดใช้ค่าเสียหายนั้นๆให้
In case of player text officer for impound your vehicles. Player must capture a screen shot of evidence. And after officer impund your vehicles if it isn't in garage. Player must post the picture that in this group including explaination. Officer (Sgt.) will give you a Compensation.In case player pretend to be Rebelion and police shoot player vehicles. player must explain to officer. Player or police must have picture to explicate.Player or Police will punish by justics.
And if officer impund player vehicle without resons, Player must capture picture and post it, Admin will punish that officer

กฏตำรวจ (Police Rule)
การใช้กำลังขั้นพื้นฐาน (ฺBasic)
1.Taser ควรใช้กับคนที่ไม่ทำตามคำสั่งของตำรวจเท่านั้น
1.Officer must Shoot Taser to player who don't follow the officer order.
2.ห้ามยิงtaserมั่วโดยที่ไม่มีเหตุผล
2.Officer can't shoot taser to player without reason.
3.ใช้taserแค่เพื่อทำตามกฏหมาย ห้ามใช้เพื่อบังคับคนอื่นให้ทำตามตน
3.Officer must use taser for keep law not for force player.
การใช้กำลังรุนแรง (Harmful)
1.จะใช้กำลังรุนแรงได้ต่อเมื่อปกป้องชีวิตของตน ของเจ้าหน้าที่คนอื่น ของประชาชนหรือการใช้กำลังขั้นต่ำไม่ได้ผล
1.Officer can shoot real bullet for protect officer and another player from harmful.
2.การใช้อาวุธเมื่อไม่มีภัยหรือฝึกซ้อมอาจทำให้คุณถูกปลดได้
2.Officer who use real bullet without resonable reson will fired from Police department
3.การฝ่าฝืนวินัยตำรวจอาจทำให้ถูกปลดได้
3.Breach of police discipline might fired from Police department
การบุกค้น/ดักจับ (Raid / Catch)
การบุกค้น (Raid)
1.การจะบุกค้นต้องมีตำรวจอย่างน้อย4นายและต้องมีตำรวจยศSergeantขึ้นไป1นาย
1.Before office will rad player must have 4 officer including 1 Sgt. Officer
2.ประชาชนทุกคนในพื้นที่สามารถถูกจับค้นได้แต่ถ้าไม่พบสิ่งผิดกฏหมายต้องปล่อยตัวไปทันที
2.Office can raid every player in game. Officer will release player after officer didn't found illegal thing.
3.ถ้าพบสิ่่งผิดกฏหมายสามารถทำได้ทั้งจับแล้วปรับ
3.If office got anything illegal, Officer can arrent and fine player.
4.การใช้กำลังรุนแรงจะใช้ได้ตามกฏข้างบน
4.Radical Measures use out town such as beside road.
5.หลังจากพื้นที่ปลอยภัยแล้วเจ้าหน้าที่ทุกคนต้องออกจากพื้นที่ทันที

การดักจับ (Catch)
1.Checkpoint ไม่ถือว่าเป็นการดักจับ
1.Checkpoint isn't for catch player, It's for searching.
2.อ่านกฏในเมืองและการปล้นธนาคารเกี่ยวกับการดักจับในเมืองหลัก
2.Player must read sever law, About rob bak , under arrest etc.
3.การดักจับในพื่นที่ผิดกฏหมายสามารถทำได้เรื่อยๆหลังจากการบุกค้นหรือจะสามารถกันคนออกจากพื้นที่ได้
3.Officer can catch criminal and crime zone and continues searching and keep another player out of that area.P
การจับและปรับ (Arrest and Fine)
การขังคุกควรทำกับอาชญากรที่เป็นอันตรายเท่านั้น
Jail belonging to Criminal
1.สามารถที่จะไม่ขังคุกคนที่จ่ายค่าปรับได้
1.If player don't want to be in jail, Player can call for a ticket.
2.ต้องบอกสาเหตุที่โดนจับกับผู้ต้องสงสัยก่อนที่จะจับ
2.Officer must tell right to criminal before arrested.
3.ถ้าประชาชนมีหมายจับสามารถจับได้แต่ห้ามฆ่ายกเว้นสถานการณ์ที่กฏการใช้กำลังรุนแรงได้เขียนไว้
3.Ofiice can't kill a civilian who be in wanted list,but In case of halmful office can extraoridnary.
การปรับสามารถเป็นแค่การตักเตือนประชาชนถ้าเขาทำผิดกฏหมาย
(The ticket just be warn to civilian who do anythin illegal)
1.ต้องปรับในราคาที่สมเหตุสมผล
1.Price of ticket must be resonable.
2.ควรปรับตามอาชญากรรมที่ได้กระทำ
2.Price of ticket depend on crime.
3.การปฏิเสฐที่จะจ่ายค่าปรับอาจทำให้ถูกขังคุกได้
3.Player who refuse ticket must visit The Jail. (haha)
4.การปรับในราคาที่ไม่สมเหตุสมผลจะทำให้โดนปลดออกจากตำรวจ

กฏการทำงานในเมือง (Law of Working in town)
1.ตำรวจอาจออกตรวจตราตามเมืองใหญ่ๆได้
1.Officer will check out in evey city.
2.ตำรวจอาจแวะตามcarshopเพื่อดูว่ามีรถที่ต้องยึดไหม
2.Officer might check at carshop, check that there have car to impound or not.
3.ไม่ควรยืนเฉยๆหรือเดินเตร็จเตรในเมือง
3.Player must not AFK traveling in big city
4.ตำรวจอาจเข้าเมืองไปทีละหลายๆคนในกรณีที่มีการกบฏ
4.Lot of officer might enter city,In case Rabellion
5.กฏอัญการศึกไม่ควรถูกใช้สั่วๆ
5.Martial law must not use sleazy.
6.สนทุกๆที่เป็นที่ผิดกฏหมายสำหรับประชาชนที่เข้ามาโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาติ
6.Player can't enter police station before prior permission.
ยานพาหนะ(Vehicles)
1.ยานพาหนะที่จอดในที่ๆสมควรเช่นที่จอดรถควรปล่อยไว้อย่างนั้น
1.Playe must park in safe place.
2.ยานพาหนะที่ถูกทิ้งพังหรือไม่มีคนขับสามารถยึดได้
2.if player abbandon broken car, Office will impound it.
3.เรือควรจอดดีๆบนชายฝั่ง
3.Boat must park in harbor or saft zone
4.ยานพาหนะที่จอดทิ้งไว้นานๆสามารถยึดได้
4.Vehical that park so long officer will impound it.
5.การยึดรถเป็นหน้าที่ของตำรวจที่จะช่วยให้เซิฟไม่แลค
5.Impund car can reduce laggin of sever.
6.ถ้าสงสัยว่าควรยึดหรือไม่ให้ส่งข้อความไปหาเจ้าของก่อนยึด
7.If, Officer concern to impound car, Officer must text to owner before impound.
7.อาวุธของโกสฮอก หรือ hunter HMG ควรถูกใช้เพื่อ Disable ยานพาหนะ ห้ามทำลายให้อีกฝ่ายถึงแก่ความตาย

การตั้งด่าน (Check Point)
1.การตั้งด่านต้องมีตำรวจ 3 คนขึ้นไป ยานพาหนะ 2 คันขึ้นไปไม่นับ ATV
1.In check point must have police up to 3 and Vehicles at least 2 (except ATV)
2.ด่านตรวจครวจตั้งห่างจากพื้นที่ผิดกฏหมาย รัศมีอย่างน้อย 300 เมตร
2.Check point located far from illegal area at least 300 m.
3.ห้ามตั้งด่านตรงทางแยก
3.Officer can't set check pont at junction.
4.ไม่จำเป็นที่จะต้องทำ Mark ตำแหน่งด่านบนแผนที่
4.It's Unnecessary to mark check point on map.
การตรวจตรา (Patrol)
1.ตำรวจสามารถขับตรวจตราไปตามพื้นที่ต่างๆได้
1.Officer can drive vehicle to patrol in every city
2.สามารถเดินตรวจตราในเมืองได้และขับรถข้างนอกเมือง
2.Officer can walk around city for patrol
3.การตรวจตราไม่นับในพื้นที่ผิดกฏหมาย
3.Officer won't patrol in illegal zone.
อากาศยาน (Aircraft)
1.ห้ามจอดฮอในเมืองโดยที่ไม่ได้รับอนุญาติยกเว้น
1.Heli. can't landing in town except -
Kavala : ที่จอดฮอที่โรงพยาบาล หรือ ท่าเรือ
Kavala : Hospital or harbor
Athira : สนามกีฬา หรือ หลัง DMV
Athira : Stadum or behind DMV
Pyrgos : พื้นที่ตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือของ DMV
Pyrgos : Northest of DMV
Sofia : ตรงข้ามcarshopพิ้นที่ท่งตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ของ Garage
Sofia : opposit carshop , southwest of gargae
เมืองอื่นๆ : ตัดสินเป็นแต่ละกรณีไปขึ้นอยุ่กับ Sgt.

ธนาคาร (Bank)
1.Federal Reserve ผิดกฏหมายสำหรับประชาชนห้ามเข้าโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาติ
1.Federal Reserve is illegal for Civilian.Can't enter before prior permission.
2.ห้ามบินเหนือ Federal Reserve สามารถยิงได้ถ้าไม่ยอมออกไปดีๆ
3.Player can't fly over Federal Reserve, Officer can shoot after waring.
3.ถ้าโดนปล้นตำรวจทุกคนต้องไปหยุดการปล้นทันที
3.After bank been robbed , Officer must handle for that situation
4.สามารถยกเว้นอาชญากรรมเล็กๆน้อยๆระหว่างการปล้นได้
4.Officer can ignore minor crime during bank been robbed
5.สามารถใช้กำลังรุนแรงได้ทันทีถ้าถูกปล้น
5.Officer can use real bullet in Bank Robbery situation
6.ตำรวจควรกันประชาชนออกจากพื้นที่ระหว่างถูกปล้น
6.Officer must advised Civilian to leave area durign bank robbery.

กฏหลัก (Main Law)
ทำลายพาหนะ ทำให้เสียทรัพย์ต่างๆ ชนสิ่งปลูกสร้างปั้มน้ำมัน หรือกำแพง หรือสิ่งใดๆในเซิฟ เป็นการจงใจทำรายของสาธารณะ ต้องชดใช้เต็มราคาของสิ่งนั้นๆ - Destroy all vehicles and stucture , bump gas station or wall, and all publicting. Officer fine full price ticket
ห้ามถือปืนในเมือง ถ้าตำรวจพบเห็นถือปืนจะถูกยึดอาวุธและไม่มีการคืน หากไม่มีคำชี้แจง- Player can't hold gun in hand during be in town, If officer meet ,Gun will take from player if player don't have explaination
หากต้องการจะป้องกันตัวเองถึงกับต้องฆ่าอีกฝ่าย ชื่อจะขึ้นใน Wanted ต้องมามอบตัวกับ ตร. ที่ สน. ที่เมืองต่างๆ จะมีการปรับและรับโทษตามความเหมาะสม- If player protect yourself by kill another player, Player will on wanted list, player must inform to officer and explain about the situation.
หากมีสิ่งเสพติดในตัว ตร จะทำการจับมาที่ สน และปรับตามราคาสิ่งเสพติดที่คุณมี- If officer found drung on player, player will under arrest and fine player depend on drug that player have.
หากมีใบ Rebel ถือว่าคุณได้เข้าข่ายผู้ก่อการร้ายแล้ว คุณจะถูกจับกุมเพื่อนำเข้าคุก หากคุณขัดขืนหรือต่อสู้ สามารถวิสามัญได้ - If player have rebel training , It assumes that player are already terrorist , Officer wil arrest player and take player to jail, If player resist or fight officer can extraordinary player
หากเกิดการยิงกันในเมือง ทาง ตร. จะจับทั้ง2 ฝ่าย เพื่อมาสอบสวนและดำเนินคดี- If player shoot each other in town ,Officer will arrest both of player to investigare and prosecute
หาก ตร. ขอตรวจค้นคุณ แล้วพบว่ารถคันนั้นไม่ใช่ของคุณ ทาง ตร. จะจับคุณไป สน. เพื่อทำการปรับหรือจำคุก แล้วจะเรียกเจ้าของมารับคืน- If office ask to seach you and found vehicles that you drive it's not your,Officer will arrest you and give you a ticket or send you to visit jail, and text to the owner to take their vehicles back.
ห้ามซื้อปืนให้กันเป็นอันขาดไม่มียกเว้นทั้งประชาชนและตำรวจ เช่น หากคนที่มี Rebel หรือ ตำรวจ ซื้อปืนให้ Civil ธรรมดา จะถือว่า Civil ซื้อของเถื่อน และจะถูกยึดของกลางและถูกปรับเงิน ส่วนคนที่ขายของเถื่อนมีโทษทั้งจำทั้งปรับ- Don't buy any weapon to another player even CV. Plice or Rableion, It's illegal and player will under arrest by Officer
ห้ามขับฮอเข้ามาในเมืองหากไม่ได้รับอนุญาติ หากจะใช้ฮอเข้ามาในเมืองให้ทำการแจ้งมาขออนุญาติ ตร.ยศ Sgt. ก่อน ตำรวจที่ต้องการจะเอาฮอขึ้นต้องติดต่อตำรวจ ยศ Sgt. หรือผู้ที่มียศสูงสุดในตอนนั้นๆ- Player can't fly the Heli. in town, If necessary player must inform to office (Sgt.) before landing.
ประชาชนที่มีชุดและอาวุธของหน่วยงานตำรวจและหมอไว้ในครอบครองถือว่าผิดกฏหมาย หากถูกจับได้จะต้องปรับและยึดของนั้นๆมาทำลาย - Player who have weapon uniform or another accessory from doctor police , Player will under arrest by officer
หากพยายามหลบหนีตำรวจสามารถใช้ปืนไฟฟ้ายิงคนหรือล้อรถเพื่อเข้าจับกุมได้ ยานพาหนะที่ใช้ในการก่อเหตุร้ายแรงจะถูกทำลายทิ้ง - If player try to escape for officer, Officer can shoot tazer to player and Harmful vehicles will destroy
หากคุณกำลังตายแล้วกำลังรอ respawn ห้ามใช้คีย์รัดในการออกโดยเด็ดขาด
- When player waitin for respawn, Player can't disconnect from game.
ห้ามผู้เล่นทุกคนในเซิฟยิงหมอ ใครผ่าผืนมีโทษโดนแบนเป็นรายชั่วโมงหากเป็นอุบัติเหตุให้มาชี้แจ้ง
- Player in this sever can't shoot The doctor, If not player will banned in this sever
หากพบเจอเจ้าหน้าที่กระทำความผิด ให้ท่านเก็บหลักฐานให้มากพอที่จะดำเนินคดีได้ แล้วมาแจ้งความในเฟสบุ๊คเพื่อให้ผู้บังคับบัญชาสวบสวน มีโทษตักเตือน - แบนถาวรตามโทษ

** ความหมายของคำที่จะเจอต่อไปนี้ (สำคัญ) **

1. RolePlay - การเล่นอย่างสมบทบาทของตัวละครที่เล่น เหมือนทำให้ตัวละครมีชีวิต มิใช่เป็นหุ่นเชิด
1. RolePlay mean you pretend to be a person that you can't be in your real lifr, it's not a pupet
2. Random Deathmatch (RDM) - การฆ่า Player ผู้อื่นโดยไม่เกี่ยวข้องกับข้อที่ 1 (DayZ,Westland,Battlefield เป็นต้น)
2. Random Deathmatch (RDM) mean Player can kill anyone except Roleplay player (DayZ,Westland,Battlefield etc.)

New Life Rule(กฏของชีวิตใหม่)
1.ถ้าตายระหว่างการ Roleplay จะเป็นชีวิตใหม่
1.If player dead during Roleplay, It's a new life.
2.ถ้าตั้งใจ Disconnect ไม่ถือว่าเป็นชีวิตใหม่
2.If player mean to Disconnect, It's not a new life.
3.ถ้าตายรถหว่างการ RDM ไม่ถือว่าเป็นชีวิตใหม่
3.If player dead druing RDM, It's not a new life.
4.ถ้ากด Respawn ไม่ถือว่าเป็นชีวิตใหม่

การ Random Deathmatching (RDM)
1.ฆ่าใครก็ตามโดยไม่มีเหตุผลของการ Roleplay

2.การทำการกบฏ(Rebelion)ไม่ใช่เหตุผลของการฆ่าทุกคน แม้แต่ตำรวจ
2.Rebelion, It's not a reason for kill player even police.
3.ตำรวจ และ ประชาชน/กบฏ สามารถเริ่มยิงก่อนเมื่อมีเหตุผลที่กับ อาชญากรรม
3.Police and Civilian/Rebellion can open fire for a crime reason
4.ถ้าคุณถูกฆ่าระหว่างการยิงกันไม่ถือว่าเป็นRDM
4.Player dead during gun fight,It's not RDM.

Communication Rules(กฏการสนทนา)
1.ห้ามใช้ Side Chat เพื่อการเปิดเพลงหรือทำให้คนอื่นรำคาญ
1.Player can't play music in sidechat to annouing another player.
2.การ Spam ในทุกๆchannelอาจทำให้ถูกเตะออก
2.Spam in every channel play will benn kick from sever.
3.Teamspeak 3 แบ่งห้องเพื่อให้เกิดระเบียบตำรวจควรอยู่ในห้องของตำรวจตลอดเวลา
3.Teamspeak 3 separate into room for method and police must be in police room.
4.ห้ามประชาชนเข้าไปในห้องตำรวจหรือตำรวจเข้าห้องประชาชนเพื่อดักฟัง,เก็บข้อมูล
4.Civilian or Police can't sneak into another room for eavesdro or collecting data.
ยานพาหนะ (Vehicles)
1.ห้ามตั้งใจขับรถชนคน(VRDM)
1.Player can't kill player by vehicles (VRDM)
2.ห้ามตั้งใจวิ่งไปตัดหน้ารถ
2.Player can't jump over car during car still running.
3.ห้ามตั้งใจขับรถไปชนรถคนอื่นเพื่อให้ระเบิด
3.Player can't drive car bump to another means Explosion.
4.ห้ามโขมยรถตอนที่เขาไม่ทันตั้งตัวที่จะสามารถล๊อครถได้
4.Player can't steal another car when player just jump off car.
5.ห้ามตั้งใจยิงรถเพื่อที่จะทำลายให้ยิงแค่เพื่อ Disable หรือยิงเตือนเท่านั้น
5.Plater can't shoot car for explosion, Can only disable or shoot for warnung only.
6.รถที่ใช้ก่อเหตุอาชญากรรมทุกรูปแบบ ปล้น ลักทรัพย์ สร้างสถานการณ์ความไม่สงบจะถูกยึดและทำลาย
6.Crime car will be impound and destroy.
การบิน (Aviation)
1.ห้ามนำฮอไปบินชนฮอลำอื่น ยานพาหนะ หรือ สิ่งก่อสร้าง เพื่อหวังสร้างความวุ่นวาย
1.Player can't fly Heli. to bump another Heli. or build stucture mean disorder.
2.ห้ามใช้เพดานบินต่ำกว่า 150 เมตรในบริเวณเมืองเกิดต่างๆ หากไม่มีความจำเป็น
2.Player can't fly under 150m. in town.If unnecessary.
3.ห้ามขโมย ฮ ตอนที่เขาไม่ทันตั้งตัวตอนที่จะล๊อค (เช่นยื่นอยู่ข้างๆ ฮ ตอนที่เขาไม่เห็น)
3.Player can't hijack Heli. when another just jump off a Heli.
3.1 สามารถขโมยได้เมื่อเห็นว่าเขา(ลืม)ล๊อค ฮ ของเขาเอง
3.1 By the way, Player can't hijack, If another player fogot to lock Heli.
เรือ (Sail)
1.ห้ามผลักเรือที่ไม่ใช่ของตัวเอง
1.(งง กับคำถาม)
2.ห้ามตั้งใจผลักเรือไปชนคนเพื่อให้บาดเจ็บหรือตาย
2.Player can't sail bump to anothe player or another boat
3.ห้ามตั้งใจขับชนคนที่อยู่ในน้ำ
3.Player can't sail to bump player underwater.
อาวุธ (Arm)
ห้ามซื้อปืนให้กันเป็นอันขาด ถือว่าเป็นของเถื่อนมีโทษทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
Player can't buy arm to another player.Considered contraband, punishable by both imprisionment and fine.
ตำรวจห้ามเอาอาวุธไปให้ประชาชนถ้าฝ่าฝืนจะทำให้โดนแบนหรือปลดจากตำรวจ
Police can't sell police gun to civilian.If violator will be banned or retire from the plice.

การทำงานของตำรวจ (Police Work)
1.ประชาชนสามารถโดนจับได้ถ้าไปค้นกระเป๋า/รถของตำรวจ
1.Police can serch for illegal thing in your backpack or car
2.ประชาชนสามารถโดนจับได้ถ้าบอกตำแหน่งของตำรวจให้โจรรู้
2.Civilian will under arrest,If Civilian Located police to terrorist
3.ถ้าประชาชนหรือ rebel เอาปืนขึ้นมายิงตำรวจโดยไม่มีเหตุผลจะถือว่าเป็นการRDM
3.Cv. or Rebelion shoot officer without reason, It's be RDM.
4.ถ้าตามตำรวจหรือก่อกวนเป็นเวลานานๆจะถือเป็นการspammingหรือการก่อกวน
4.Cv. following officer so long time and annou officer,It's Spaming
5.การขัดขวางเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจอาจทำให้ถูกจับได้
5.Blockade duty office Cv. might under arrest.
หลักการชดเชย (Compensation Principle)
กรณีหากเรียกให้ตำรวจมา ImProved รถให้ทำการถ่ายรูปรถและชื่อตำรวจเอาไว้ทุกครั้งหากมีกรณีเกิดความผิดพลาดทางระบบ รถหาย ไม่อยู่ใน Garage ให้นำรูปมาโฟสในกลุ่มและชี้แจงด้วยเหตุผลแล้วเจ้าหน้าที่จะทำการชดเชยให้-กรณีหากตำรวจ ทำการทำลายทรัพย์สินของCivilโดยไม่มีเหตุผลให้ทำการถ่ายรูปและตำรวจไว้ และนำมาโฟสรูปหน้ากลุ่ม พร้อมชี้แจงด้วยเหตุผลทางตำรวจจะชดใช้ค่าเสียหายพร้อมลงโทษตำรวจรายนั้นๆ*บางกรณีตำรวขอาจจะเป็นการเข้าใจผิดคิดว่าเป็น โจร ตำรวจจึงจำเป็นต้องยิง ให้ทำการไปคุยปรับความเข้าใจกันหากมีความเหมาะสมตำรวจจะชดใช้ค่าเสียหายให้-กรณีพบ บัค ต่างๆของเกมที่ทำให้สิ่งของทรัพย์สินเสียหาย ให้ทำการถ่ายรูปเอาไว้"อย่างชัดเจน"แล้วนำมาโฟสที่หน้ากลุ่ม และชี้แจงด้วยเหตุผล หากทางเจ้าหน้าที่เห็นว่าสมควร จะทำการชดใช้ค่าเสียหายนั้นๆให้
In case of player text officer for impound your vehicles. Player must capture a screen shot of evidence. And after officer impund your vehicles if it isn't in garage. Player must post the picture that in this group including explaination. Officer (Sgt.) will give you a Compensation.In case player pretend to be Rebelion and police shoot player vehicles. player must explain to officer. Player or police must have picture to explicate.Player or Police will punish by justics.
And if officer impund player vehicle without resons, Player must capture picture and post it, Admin will punish that officer

กฏตำรวจ (Police Rule)
การใช้กำลังขั้นพื้นฐาน (ฺBasic)
1.Taser ควรใช้กับคนที่ไม่ทำตามคำสั่งของตำรวจเท่านั้น
1.Officer must Shoot Taser to player who don't follow the officer order.
2.ห้ามยิงtaserมั่วโดยที่ไม่มีเหตุผล
2.Officer can't shoot taser to player without reason.
3.ใช้taserแค่เพื่อทำตามกฏหมาย ห้ามใช้เพื่อบังคับคนอื่นให้ทำตามตน
3.Officer must use taser for keep law not for force player.
การใช้กำลังรุนแรง (Harmful)
1.จะใช้กำลังรุนแรงได้ต่อเมื่อปกป้องชีวิตของตน ของเจ้าหน้าที่คนอื่น ของประชาชนหรือการใช้กำลังขั้นต่ำไม่ได้ผล
1.Officer can shoot real bullet for protect officer and another player from harmful.
2.การใช้อาวุธเมื่อไม่มีภัยหรือฝึกซ้อมอาจทำให้คุณถูกปลดได้
2.Officer who use real bullet without resonable reson will fired from Police department
3.การฝ่าฝืนวินัยตำรวจอาจทำให้ถูกปลดได้

การบุกค้น/ดักจับ (Raid / Catch)
การบุกค้น (Raid)
1.การจะบุกค้นต้องมีตำรวจอย่างน้อย4นายและต้องมีตำรวจยศSergeantขึ้นไป1นาย
1.Before office will rad player must have 4 officer including 1 Sgt. Officer
2.ประชาชนทุกคนในพื้นที่สามารถถูกจับค้นได้แต่ถ้าไม่พบสิ่งผิดกฏหมายต้องปล่อยตัวไปทันที
2.Office can raid every player in game. Officer will release player after officer didn't found illegal thing.
3.ถ้าพบสิ่่งผิดกฏหมายสามารถทำได้ทั้งจับแล้วปรับ

การดักจับ (Catch)
1.Checkpoint ไม่ถือว่าเป็นการดักจับ
1.Checkpoint isn't for catch player, It's for searching.
2.อ่านกฏในเมืองและการปล้นธนาคารเกี่ยวกับการดักจับในเมืองหลัก
2.Player must read sever law, About rob bak , under arrest etc.
3.การดักจับในพื่นที่ผิดกฏหมายสามารถทำได้เรื่อยๆหลังจากการบุกค้นหรือจะสามารถกันคนออกจากพื้นที่ได้
3.Officer can catch criminal and crime zone and continues searching and keep another player out of that area.P
การจับและปรับ (Arrest and Fine)
การขังคุกควรทำกับอาชญากรที่เป็นอันตรายเท่านั้น
Jail belonging to Criminal
1.สามารถที่จะไม่ขังคุกคนที่จ่ายค่าปรับได้
1.If player don't want to be in jail, Player can call for a ticket.
2.ต้องบอกสาเหตุที่โดนจับกับผู้ต้องสงสัยก่อนที่จะจับ
2.Officer must tell right to criminal before arrested.
3.ถ้าประชาชนมีหมายจับสามารถจับได้แต่ห้ามฆ่ายกเว้นสถานการณ์ที่กฏการใช้กำลังรุนแรงได้เขียนไว้

1.ตำรวจอาจออกตรวจตราตามเมืองใหญ่ๆได้

2.ตำรวจอาจแวะตามcarshopเพื่อดูว่ามีรถที่ต้องยึดไหม
2.Officer might check at carshop, check that there have car to impound or not.
3.ไม่ควรยืนเฉยๆหรือเดินเตร็จเตรในเมือง

4.ตำรวจอาจเข้าเมืองไปทีละหลายๆคนในกรณีที่มีการกบฏ

ยานพาหนะ(Vehicles)
1.ยานพาหนะที่จอดในที่ๆสมควรเช่นที่จอดรถควรปล่อยไว้อย่างนั้น
1.Playe must park in safe place.
2.ยานพาหนะที่ถูกทิ้งพังหรือไม่มีคนขับสามารถยึดได้
2.if player abbandon broken car, Office will impound it.
3.เรือควรจอดดีๆบนชายฝั่ง
3.Boat must park in harbor or saft zone
4.ยานพาหนะที่จอดทิ้งไว้นานๆสามารถยึดได้
4.Vehical that park so long officer will impound it.
5.การยึดรถเป็นหน้าที่ของตำรวจที่จะช่วยให้เซิฟไม่แลค

การตั้งด่าน (Check Point)
1.การตั้งด่านต้องมีตำรวจ 3 คนขึ้นไป ยานพาหนะ 2 คันขึ้นไปไม่นับ ATV
1.In check point must have police up to 3 and Vehicles at least 2 (except ATV)
2.ด่านตรวจครวจตั้งห่างจากพื้นที่ผิดกฏหมาย รัศมีอย่างน้อย 300 เมตร
2.Check point located far from illegal area at least 300 m.
3.ห้ามตั้งด่านตรงทางแยก
3.Officer can't set check pont at junction.
4.ไม่จำเป็นที่จะต้องทำ Mark ตำแหน่งด่านบนแผนที่

การตรวจตรา (Patrol)
1.ตำรวจสามารถขับตรวจตราไปตามพื้นที่ต่างๆได้
1.Officer can drive vehicle to patrol in every city
2.สามารถเดินตรวจตราในเมืองได้และขับรถข้างนอกเมือง
2.Officer can walk around city for patrol
3.การตรวจตราไม่นับในพื้นที่ผิดกฏหมาย

1.ห้ามจอดฮอในเมืองโดยที่ไม่ได้รับอนุญาติยกเว้น
1.Heli. can't landing in town except -
Kavala : ที่จอดฮอที่โรงพยาบาล หรือ ท่าเรือ
Kavala : Hospital or harbor
Athira : สนามกีฬา หรือ หลัง DMV
Athira : Stadum or behind DMV
Pyrgos : พื้นที่ตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือของ DMV
Pyrgos : Northest of DMV
Sofia : ตรงข้ามcarshopพิ้นที่ท่งตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ของ Garage
Sofia : opposit carshop , southwest of gargae
เมืองอื่นๆ : ตัดสินเป็นแต่ละกรณีไปขึ้นอยุ่กับ Sgt.

ธนาคาร (Bank)
1.Federal Reserve ผิดกฏหมายสำหรับประชาชนห้ามเข้าโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาติ
1.Federal Reserve is illegal for Civilian.Can't enter before prior permission.
2.ห้ามบินเหนือ Federal Reserve สามารถยิงได้ถ้าไม่ยอมออกไปดีๆ
3.Player can't fly over Federal Reserve, Officer can shoot after waring.
3.ถ้าโดนปล้นตำรวจทุกคนต้องไปหยุดการปล้นทันที

ถ้าระเบิดปล้นหรือฆ่าในพื้นที่นี้จะถูกลงโทษด้วยการแบน

กฏหลัก (Main Law)
ทำลายพาหนะ ทำให้เสียทรัพย์ต่างๆ ชนสิ่งปลูกสร้างปั้มน้ำมัน หรือกำแพง หรือสิ่งใดๆในเซิฟ เป็นการจงใจทำรายของสาธารณะ ต้องชดใช้เต็มราคาของสิ่งนั้นๆ - Destroy all vehicles and stucture , bump gas station or wall, and all publicting. Officer fine full price ticket
ห้ามถือปืนในเมือง ถ้าตำรวจพบเห็นถือปืนจะถูกยึดอาวุธและไม่มีการคืน หากไม่มีคำชี้แจง- Player can't hold gun in hand during be in town, If officer meet ,Gun will take from player if player don't have explaination
หากต้องการจะป้องกันตัวเองถึงกับต้องฆ่าอีกฝ่าย ชื่อจะขึ้นใน Wanted ต้องมามอบตัวกับ ตร. ที่ สน. ที่เมืองต่างๆ จะมีการปรับและรับโทษตามความเหมาะสม- If player protect yourself by kill another player, Player will on wanted list, player must inform to officer and explain about the situation.
หากมีสิ่งเสพติดในตัว ตร จะทำการจับมาที่ สน และปรับตามราคาสิ่งเสพติดที่คุณมี- If officer found drung on player, player will under arrest and fine player depend on drug that player have.
หากมีใบ Rebel ถือว่าคุณได้เข้าข่ายผู้ก่อการร้ายแล้ว คุณจะถูกจับกุมเพื่อนำเข้าคุก หากคุณขัดขืนหรือต่อสู้ สามารถวิสามัญได้ - If player have rebel training , It assumes that player are already terrorist , Officer wil arrest player and take player to jail, If player resist or fight officer can extraordinary player
หากเกิดการยิงกันในเมือง ทาง ตร. จะจับทั้ง2 ฝ่าย เพื่อมาสอบสวนและดำเนินคดี- If player shoot each other in town ,Officer will arrest both of player to investigare and prosecute
หาก ตร. ขอตรวจค้นคุณ แล้วพบว่ารถคันนั้นไม่ใช่ของคุณ ทาง ตร. จะจับคุณไป สน. เพื่อทำการปรับหรือจำคุก แล้วจะเรียกเจ้าของมารับคืน- If office ask to seach you and found vehicles that you drive it's not your,Officer will arrest you and give you a ticket or send you to visit jail, and text to the owner to take their vehicles back.
ห้ามซื้อปืนให้กันเป็นอันขาดไม่มียกเว้นทั้งประชาชนและตำรวจ เช่น หากคนที่มี Rebel หรือ ตำรวจ ซื้อปืนให้ Civil ธรรมดา จะถือว่า Civil ซื้อของเถื่อน และจะถูกยึดของกลางและถูกปรับเงิน ส่วนคนที่ขายของเถื่อนมีโทษทั้งจำทั้งปรับ- Don't buy any weapon to another player even CV. Plice or Rableion, It's illegal and player will under arrest by Officer
ห้ามขับฮอเข้ามาในเมืองหากไม่ได้รับอนุญาติ หากจะใช้ฮอเข้ามาในเมืองให้ทำการแจ้งมาขออนุญาติ ตร.ยศ Sgt. ก่อน ตำรวจที่ต้องการจะเอาฮอขึ้นต้องติดต่อตำรวจ ยศ Sgt. หรือผู้ที่มียศสูงสุดในตอนนั้นๆ- Player can't fly the Heli. in town, If necessary player must inform to office (Sgt.) before landing.
ประชาชนที่มีชุดและอาวุธของหน่วยงานตำรวจและหมอไว้ในครอบครองถือว่าผิดกฏหมาย หากถูกจับได้จะต้องปรับและยึดของนั้นๆมาทำลาย - Player who have weapon uniform or another accessory from doctor police , Player will under arrest by officer
หากพยายามหลบหนีตำรวจสามารถใช้ปืนไฟฟ้ายิงคนหรือล้อรถเพื่อเข้าจับกุมได้ ยานพาหนะที่ใช้ในการก่อเหตุร้ายแรงจะถูกทำลายทิ้ง - If player try to escape for officer, Officer can shoot tazer to player and Harmful vehicles will destroy
หากคุณกำลังตายแล้วกำลังรอ respawn ห้ามใช้คีย์รัดในการออกโดยเด็ดขาด
- When player waitin for respawn, Player can't disconnect from game.
ห้ามผู้เล่นทุกคนในเซิฟยิงหมอ ใครผ่าผืนมีโทษโดนแบนเป็นรายชั่วโมงหากเป็นอุบัติเหตุให้มาชี้แจ้ง
- Player in this sever can't shoot The doctor, If not player will banned in this sever
หากพบเจอเจ้าหน้าที่กระทำความผิด ให้ท่านเก็บหลักฐานให้มากพอที่จะดำเนินคดีได้ แล้วมาแจ้งความในเฟสบุ๊คเพื่อให้ผู้บังคับบัญชาสวบสวน มีโทษตักเตือน - แบนถาวรตามโทษ
