notebook มีปัญหาครับ

พอดีพึ่งได้ notebook มาใหม่ ตอนแรกๆ ก็ไม่มีอะไร ต่อ wifi ได้ปกติ ใช้ไปซักพักใหญ่ๆ มัน Connect internet ไม่ได้ครับ
มันขึ้นว่า "Windows was unable to connect to the internet"
-ไวไฟหอพักคับ
-เครื่องผมมี eset 6
-ต่อไวไฟ โทรศัพท์เล่นได้ปกติ เป็นเฉพาะของไวไฟหอ
-ลองไป trouble shoot มันบอก router อะไรซักอย่างจำไม่ได้
-ผมโดนบล๊อคหรือเปล่า? เพราะเคยไป spam login ไวไฟผิดเกือบ 40 รอบ
-หาในกู๋แล้วจนปัญญาจริงๆครับ
Edit : ของชาวบ้านเล่นได้ปกติ รวมทั้งโทรศัพท์ผมด้วย มีแต่ notebook ผมเนี่ยแหละ

If it's Windows press start, in the search box type CMD. Click on what comes up. You'll have a black box with text in it. Type:
ipconfig/release
then press enter.
Then type,
ipconfig/renew
that will take a while, then a load of text will come up. Just exit it after that :)

อันนี้เป็น วิธีที่ผมทำนะครับ
ตอนแรก renew ip แบบที่ คุณ GtXl24o7l3c ว่า ไม่ผ่าน เลยลองไป
-update driver แบบที่คุณ teerachai212 แล้วมัน connect ได้ จากเดิมที่ขึ้น was unable to connect
-แต่ เล่นเน็ตไม่ได้อยู่ดี (แต่ตอนนั้นก็นั่งยิ้มแล้ว เพราะอะไรไม่รู้ :o)
-ก็เลยไป renew ip แบบที่คุณ GtXl24o7l3c บอกไว้ใหม่(ตอน renew นั่งรอเกือบ 5 นาทีกว่าจะเสร็จ)
-โดนข้างห้องตะโกนด่าเพราะ เฮลั่นห้อง :clap
