Achtung Panzer Operation Star เป็นเกมส์ Strategy จำลองการรบ ระหว่างกองทัพเยอรมัน และรัฐเชียในเมือง Kharkov ประเทศ ยูเครน สมัยสงครามโลกครั้งที่ 2 ปี คศ.1943กลับมาครั้งนี้มีการปรับปรุงให้สมจริงขึ้นในอีกหลายๆจุด รวมถึงภูมิประเทศที่สมจริงมาก (มากกว่า 260 ตารางกิโลเมตร), สร้างขึ้นใหม่โดยใช้แผนที่ภูมิประเทศและภาพถ่ายของจริง โดยที่ผู้เล่นสามารถจะเลือกเล่นเป็นฝ่าย Russia หรือ German ก็ได้
