Try the following procedures if materials are not shown in the material palette.

Click the [File] menu  [Organize materials].
Click the [File] menu  [Initialize install material].
Make sure that you do not use other languages than English or special symbols for the account name to log in to PC.
If this is the case, create another account only with alphanumeric characters and without special symbols, log in to PC with this new account, and start CLIP STUDIO PAINT.

For CLIP STUDIO PAINT, the English version of the application will work only with OS in English and the traditional Chinese version only with in traditional Chinese.
If you use the application with the different combinations from the above, please use with the appropriate OS.
