- Fixed bug that was causing dramatically reduced damage in build #8949
- Fix to Wilbur level 1 where he was sometimes not marking targets for Swine Prince
- Fix to Torch tooltip updating during enemy turn

#8949
- Reworked PROTection mechanics. PROT is now direct damage migitation from normal (non-DOT) hits, instead of the old PROT% x maxHP system. This was required because the old system did not properly power scale, leading to situations where heroes could become nearly (or fully) invulnerable. Now a PROT of 30%, for example, means that 30% of incoming damage is mitigated. There is a hard internal cap that we will be tuning on an ongoing basis.
- Tuning adjustment for all PROT related buffs, trinkets, skills, and monsters/bosses to fit the new system. Expect ongoing balance adjustments.
- Re-normalized hero weapon damage progressions, which will aid in future hero tuning. Most heroes had their top end damage increased, some by as much as 15%. Tuning will be happening on an ongoing basis.
- Man-at-Arms: removed stun effect from riposte and lowered overall base damage and crit
- Man-at-Arms: increased PROT buff from Guard
- Leper: Withstand - increased PROT buff
- Leper: Increased crit on AIM buff
- Occultist: Increased proc and strength of Weakening Curse, Vulnerability Curse
- Vestal: Balance adjustment on Vestal: "Illumination" and "Hand of Light". Damage and crit reduced but debuff proc and strength increases
- Increased proc of enemy Weakening Curse, Vulnerability Curse
- Increased Light side effect slightly from hero skills (Vestal, etc.)
- Fix to negative camping points due to skill selection bug
- Deselecting the move toggles the move off when not in combat
- Quest curios now have purple outlines when active
- Fixed camping skill exploit
- Fix to skill and buff tooltips

UI and Misc;
- Replaced text UI elements of Hunger, Loot windows and related with graphic buttons/icons
- Standardized all pop-ups so the Positive / Interact option is on the left, and the cancel/quit are on the right. Beware of Loot dialogs--TAKE ALL is now on the left!!!
- Total heal value will now be shown when healing a hero that is nearly full HP. E.g. If a healer places a 6 HP heal on a hero with 29/30 HP, it will still show +6 so you know the skill worked properly
- Heals of 0 will show up again, to reinforce that the roll was low (e.g. Occultist)
- Fixes and improvements to pop-up text and some related FX
- Fix to Sound Options so they restore properly if changes are discarded
- Bug fix to silent disease resist applying during Raid Results screen. Now raid results diseases are not resistable.

- Fixed bug where users were experiencing random crashes caused by audio library updates. Temporarily reverted to an older audio library and older audio files. Some sounds may disappear as a result until we are able to track down the cause. Stability overall should be improved.
- Fixed crash in the Stagecoach occuring after recruiting a hero and trying to bring up the character panel on the last hero.
- Fixed bug with trying to use items in the loot window.

Updates: 9095 to 9110;
- Fix to AOE crit rolling. It should now work as described in the Gameplay notes below.
- Bug where some crits were doing lower than max weapon damage should be fixed. Please post if you experience this bug again.
- Fix to crash involving quitting to main menu
Gameplay;
- Hero Page cycling: You can now quickly flip through heroes on the Hero Panel/Character Sheet view by clicking the "Next Hero" / "Previous Hero" arrow icons at the bottom of the sheet or by pressing hotkeys (q) and (e). This works for current party in dungeon, roster, stagecoach, and graveyard. The list of heroes you can cycle through will be contextual to that setting. For example, while in the Stagecoach, it will cycle through available heroes to hire, while on the Embark screen, it will cycle through available heroes to put in the quest. Review and compare your heroes 153% faster than previous versions!
- New class-specific trinkets for Arbalest and Man-at-Arms implemented. Gear up! (However, currently using placeholder art so you'll have to wait a bit longer to feast your eyes on their full glory!)
- AOE attacks now roll crits individually per target instead of all for one. This better reflects design intent and also insulates the party a bit from one nasty AOE crit reducing everyone to quivering meatbags.
- Crit heals now give some stress relief. Huzzah!
- Crit heals will no longer happen on 0 HP heals, potentially resulting in less snarky comments on the Internet.
- Crit heals now have different chance and effect multiplies for single heals vs AOE heals. Single heals have greater chance to crit compared to AOE heals.
- Fix to Plague Doctor self-cure on Battlefield Medicine. Blights and bleeds B-gone! 3rd time's a charm, hopefully...
- Bug fix: Friendly skill effects are now rolled per target instead of whole group. Examples of this are the Jester's Insipiring Tune and its stress relief.
- Brigand Fuseman now has an attack to use should the cannon be killed first. Remember, friends don't let friends die this way, though.
- Reworded surprise-related buffs slightly in an attempt to make it more clear which things increase chance of the party being surprised or monsters being surprised.
Misc;
- Comprehensive improvements to the pop-text queing system, which is how things like stuns, stress, heals, and so on show on actors. This should improve some cases where things appeared twice or appeared in strange order.
- Torch FX improvement
- Misc assorted bug fixes
