Cars 2: The Video Game เกมที่สร้างจากภาคต่อของภาพยนตร์การ์ตูนอนิเมชั่นชื่อดังของทีมงาน Pixar เรื่องราวของเหล่ารถยนต์มีชีวิต ที่มีทั้งความฝัน ความฮา และ ความป่วนไม่เหมือนใคร หลังจากที่ภาคแรกจบไปนั้น ตัวเอก Lightning McQueen ก็ได้เข้าร่วมการแข่งขันรถยนต์ไปทั่วโลก กับ Mater เพื่อนของเขาที่เป็นรถบรรทุก แต่ยังไม่ทันจะได้ไปแข่ง World Grand Prix ก็ดันมีเรื่องไม่คาดคิดซะก่อน เมื่อต้องไปยุ่งเกี่ยวกับงานภารกิจสายลับ ก็เลยต้องวุ่นไปทั้งงานสายลับ และงานแข่งรถไปด้วยกัน
ในเกม Cars 2: The Video Game จะเป็นเนื้อเรื่องในส่วนของ CHROME (Command Headquarters for Recon Operations and Motorized Espionage) ซึ่งเป็นองค์กรสายลับ ผู้เล่นจะต้องเลือกรถจาก 20 ชนิดมารับภารกิจสายลับในเกมนี้ ซึ่งจะต้องใช้ทั้งความเร็วและการต่อสู้ในการจัดการกับเหล่ารถยนต์ตัวร้าย ด้วยปืนและมิซไซล์

* Perform maneuvers only Cars characters can do, such as backwards driving, air tricks, sidestepping to avoid obstacles, two wheel driving and more
