Resindent Evil 4 เป็นเกมที่มีเรื่องราวเกี่ยวกับ Ashley ลูกสาวประธานาธิบดีที่ถูกลักพาตัวไปในแถบชานเมือง จึงต้องเป็นหน้าที่ของ Leon S. Kenedy ตำรวจหนุ่มไฟแรงเข้าไปช่วย แต่พอได้เข้ามาในเมืองก็ได้เกิดเรื่องประหลาดมากมาย และนี่ก็เป็นจุดเริ่มต้นของเกมๆนี้ครับ
