Story ในภาคนี้เป็นแบบ Spin-off ไม่ข้องเกี่ยวกับเนื้อหาในภาคอื่น ๆ เนื้อหาเน้นเทไปในแนว Comedy ขำขันเบาสมอง ซึ่งมีเนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับการสร้างหนังของชมรมภาพยนตร์เพื่อปกป้องไม่ให้โรงเรียนถูกปิด แต่ในระหว่างที่ทำการถ่ายทำหนังที่ว่านี้ก็เกิดการระบาดเชื้อไวรัสที่เปลี่ยนสิ่งต่าง ๆ ให้กลายเป็น Zombie การถ่ายภาพยนตร์ระทึกขวัญโดยใช้ Zombie ของเป็นจริงในการแสดงพร้อมกับการสืบสาวหาวิธีแก้ไขปัญหา Zombie ระบาดจึงเริ่มต้นขึ้นอย่างน่าสงสัย
