Adobe CS6 Master Collection คือการรวมเอาซอฟต์แวร์ของค่าย Adobe จะมีทั้งหมด 14 โปรแกรม (โปรแกรมใหม่ 2 ตัว คือ Adobe Prelude และ Adobe Muse) ในแง่ความเปลี่ยนแปลงของชุดโปรแกรมโดยรวมคือเปลี่ยนมาใช้เอนจินตัวใหม่ชื่อว่า Mercury บน Photoshop เปลี่ยนอินเทอร์เฟซใหม่ยกชุด รองรับการทำสื่อสำหรับอุปกรณ์ชนิดใหม่อย่างสมาร์ทโฟน
