When humanity faced the threat of destruction from a collision of the Earth with a giant asteroid, the leaders of all nations decided to create special arks in which the elect would find shelter deep beneath the surface of the planet ... They should revive life on Earth, after the danger passes. You have been elected. Years after the catastrophe, the arks opened and you are in a world that is very different from the old one. But most importantly - not all of its inhabitants are happy with your return. You need to learn how to fight and survive. Remember, there is very little time - bandits, mutants and even the local government are already following your trail.
Features :
Shooting and explosions. Destroy the bandits and mutants in the first person mode, using various weapons, including boomerangs, portable turrets, robot-sentry and radio-controlled cars with explosives.
Crazy race. Fight at the wheel of your own car, which is ideal for traveling on rough terrain and equipped with a powerful weapon. Improve and color your "iron horse", install new guns - check yourself in the battles with bandits and mutants who do not know mercy.
At the crossroads. Understand the twists and turns of an exciting story campaign, team up with friends in joint game modes, or take part in hot multiplayer battles.
Lesson for the soul. RAGE is not limited to fighting in the first person mode only and shooting at cars. The world that survived the catastrophe is open to research: you are waiting for colorful characters, side jobs and, of course, fascinating history.
Post-apocalyptic beauty. Id Tech 5 is specially optimized for recreating stunning and beautifully detailed landscapes on the screen with the same number of frames per second, both in static and in dynamics.
