in-time fusion of a vertical shooter with a tower defense strategy game. You are an X-Morph - an extraterrestrial species that attacks the Earth to gain resources. Select different types of alien towers in Build mode, place them strategically, and fall into the battles. Your goal is to protect the X-Morph Harvester from attacking human forces. Each attack wave is preceded by a setting phase, in which the player can check which kind of enemies will attack and which way they will take. There is no time limit for this phase so the player can plan his defense carefully - but he can immediately begin the fight and place the towers as necessary in the fight. One of the key features of this game is the ability to erect towers at any location on the map and determine the direction of movement of the enemy by connecting towers with laser fences. The player can choose between building long labyrinths with simple towers or building advanced towers, which can more effectively ward off different types of enemies. Advanced towers are specialized in specific enemy types, eg Flamment towers are effective against fast ground units, artillery towers are best suited to large groups of slow enemies, anti-air lasers in heavy bombers.
As an X-Morph fighter, you can attack enemy units directly with a variety of weapons. You can turn into four different forms, each of which is specialized in different threat categories. Each form has a basic attack and an increased attack mode. The Plasma Fighter is the most universal form - effective against both air and ground units. The Dark Matter Bomber is designed to decimate groups of ground units. He can also slow down the time and throw down dark-matter bombs that mow down the buildings. The Shredder Fighter is perfect to destroy large amounts of human air units and clean the sky. The laser destroyer is best to melt large single units.
