Fell Seal: Arbiter's Mask is a turn-based tactical RPG in a fantasy world with a touch of steampunk. Take control of Arbiter Kyrie, an agent of the Immortal Council responsible for stability and order in the country, and guide your troops through difficult skirmishes.

History:
Centuries ago, a brutal beast tore the world to pieces. At that time, the Immortals received untold powers to kill the angry beast. To prevent such destruction, the Immortals created a council that provides stability and order in the country and is immediately on hand as soon as chaos or war threatens to reign.
The immortals are very powerful, but there are only a few of them. Even they can not protect the whole world. They therefore resort to mortal agents, the Arbiter, to protect people from the daily dangers. The Arbites raid the country, driving out bandits, wild monsters, and corrupt officials: their word is the law.
However, there is an arbiter who sees a profound corruption of her own order, and it is up to her to stop this spread, which is as brutal as the beast of the past.
