City Game Studio มาเปิดบริษัทสร้างเกมกันเถอะ! เริ่มต้นจากพนักงาน 1 คน สู่บริษัทสร้างเกมออนไลน์ขนาดใหญ่มูลค่ามหาศาล
ตัวเกมจะเริ่มต้นจากในยุคปี 1975 คุณซึ่งเป็น CEO (เรียกว่านักพัฒนาอิสระก่อนอาจจะดีกว่าเพราะมีตัวคนเดียว) ตัดสินใจที่จะทำบริษัทเกมของตัวเองและสร้างเกมแรกขึ้นมา การเล่นในเกมนั้นไม่ยุ่งยาก ตัวละครของเราจะมีค่า Skill หลักๆ 3 ค่าด้วยกันคือ Design, Development และ Polish ซึ่งไอ้เจ้า 3 ค่านี้จะส่งผลต่อคุณภาพของตัวเกมที่เราสร้าง 3 ขั้นตอนเช่นเดียวกัน ในตอนเริ่มต้นคุณจะต้องทำการ Self-Published เกมของตัวเองไปก่อน (ยังรับงานจากค่ายอื่นไม่ได้เพราะไม่มีชื่อเสียง) โดยจะต้องทำการเลือก ธีม ของเกมว่ามีเนื้อหาประเภทอะไร เช่น Ninja, Pirate, Spy แล้วเลือก แนวเกม ตั้งแต่ Action, Adventure, Casual, RPG ไปจน Survival (แนวเกมจะสามารถค้นคว้าวิจัยเป็นแนวย่อยได้อีกมากมายหลายสิบแนว)
