Drake Hollow จะพาผู้เล่นไปยังอาณาจักร The Hollow ดินแดนแห่งธรรมชาติที่มีพวก Drake หรือภูติป่าตัวจิ๋วที่ต้องการให้เรามาช่วยฟื้นฟูบ้านเกิดของมัน ผู้เล่นและพรรคพวก (สูงสุด 4 คน) จะสามารถเข้ามาปลูกสวน, ขุดคูน้ำ หรือสอนเจ้าพวกนี้เล่นสนุกในกิจกรรมต่างๆ เช่นโยคะบอล หรือละครตุ๊กตาสวมนิ้ว อีกทั้งติดตั้งกังหันลมเพื่อสร้างพลังงานให้มัน ที่สำคัญต้องปกป้องมันจากอันตรายของพวก The Feral ด้วย
ผู้เล่นสามารถต่อสู้กับ The Feral ด้วยอาวุธต่างๆ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นไม้เทนนิสไปจนกระทั่งปืนยิงตะปู ให้เราฝ่าดงศัตรู นอกเหนือจากภารกิจเหล่านี้ เราก็จะมีโอกาสได้ออกไปผจญโลกภายนอกเพื่อตามหา Drake ที่กำลังหลงทางเข้ามาสู่อาณาจักรของเรา และอย่าลืมนำทรัพยากรอื่นๆ กลับมาเพื่อคราฟต์และใช้เป็นวัตถุดิบสร้างสิ่งของด้วย
