Total War: Rome Remastered ความเปลี่ยนแปลงในภาคนี้เลยก็คือกราฟิกของเกมที่ผู้พัฒนาไม่ได้แค่ปรุงปรุงให้ชัดขึ้น แต่พวกเขานั้นแทบจะทำการปั้นโมเดล หรือวาดกราฟิกกันใหม่ยกชุดกันเลยก็ว่าได้ ตัวละคร อาคาร สิ่งของนั้นได้ถูกทำขึ้นมาใหม่ทั้งหมด โอเคถึงแม้ว่ามันก็อาจจะไม่ได้สวยงามเท่ากับเกมภาคก่อนๆ หน้า แต่มันก็ถือว่าทำได้ไม่เลวเลยทีเดียว รวมถึงภาคนี้ยังรอบรับรายละเอียดได้มากถึง 4K อีกด้วย และรองรับ Wild Screen ในเรื่องของมุมกล้องก็สามารถซูมออกได้กว้างขึ้น มี Heat Map และไอคอนหน้า Interface ใหม่ให้เหมาะแก่การเล่นที่ง่ายขึ้น และที่พิเศษเลยก็คือตัวเกมยังมีการปลดล็อคกองทัพให้มีมากถึง 38 Faction เลยทีเดียว
