ที่น่าสนใจคือ Valve ยังดำเนินส่งเทียบเชิญอย่างต่อเนื่องโดยเพิ่มจำนวนการทดสอบที่มากยิ่งขึ้น
การอัพเดตเกม Dota 2 ช่วงเบต้า ได้มีการปรับปรุงระบบภายในเกม รวมถึงบัคภาพกราฟิกและปัญหาเรื่องหลุดออกจากเกมเมื่อเปิดหน้าจอเต็มจอ และเวลากด Alt+Tab เวลาเข้าหน้า Desktop ของ Windows นอกจากนี้ ยังรองรับภาษาบนคีย์บอร์ด เพื่อให้ผู้เล่นต่างประเทศพิมพ์ภาษาเป็นของตัวเองภายในเกมได้ อีกทั้งยังยกระดับการตรวจจับผู้เล่นที่ชอบออกจากเกมกลางคัน เพื่อให้กลุ่มผู้เล่นที่ชอบออกจะรวมอยู่ในกลุ่มผู้เล่นอีกกลุ่มที่ชอบออกจากเกมเช่นกัน
