Empyrion - Galactic Survival เกมออนไลน์แนว Survival Sandbox ที่ต้องเอาชีวิตรอดบนดาวเคราะห์ในระบบสุริยะจักรวาลที่กว้างใหญ่ไพศาลและใหญ่โตมโหฬารแบบ Open World ซึ่งถือเป็นผลงานจากทีมพัฒนา Eleon Game Studios ที่ใช้เวลาพัฒนาถึง 5 ปีกว่าจะเติบใหญ่ขึ้น

เอาชีวิตรอด - สร้างฐานทัพ - ประดิษฐ์อุปกรณ์ต่างๆ
วิธีการเอาชีวิตรอดยังคงสูตรสำเร็จตามเดิม ไม่ว่าจะทั้งการปลูกผักทำฟาร์ม / การออกล่าสิ่งมีชีวิตเพื่อนำมาแปรรูปเป็นอาหาร ขุดเจาะทรัพยากรแร่ธาตุกับรวบรวมเก็บวัตถุดิบเพื่อนำมาคราฟเป็นอาวุธและอุปกรณ์หลากหลายชนิด แล้วก็ต้องหมั่นตรวจเช็คค่าสถานะของตัวละครให้พร้อมทุกช่วงเวลา อาทิ ค่าออกซิเจน, ค่าพลังงาน, ค่าแคลอรี่ และค่าน้ำในร่างกาย เป็นต้น รวมถึงเผชิญหน้าศัตรูที่มีความท้าทายทุกรูปแบบ อย่างเช่นชนเผ่าเอเลี่ยนหรือไม่ก็ฝูงหุ่นยนต์

การสร้างฐานทัพและยานพาหนะ จัดว่าเป็นหนึ่งในหัวใจหลักสำคัญของตัวเกมที่จะทำให้เรากลับมาเล่นเกมนี้อยู่เรื่อยๆ เนื่องจากสามารถสร้างอะไรก็ได้แล้วแต่ตามจินตนาการของเราได้ตลอดเวลา อีกทั้งยังเลือกได้ว่าจะสร้างเอาไว้สำหรับใช้งานในภาคพื้นดิน, ภาคน้ำทะเล หรือภาคอวกาศ ซึ่งผู้เขียนขอแนะนำว่าเวลาสร้างฐานทัพให้ออกแบบคล้ายกับป้อมปราการ เพราะศัตรูสามารถบุกจู่โจมฐานทัพของเพื่อนๆ ได้เช่นกัน
