เกม Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl เป็นผลงานร่วมพัฒนาระหว่างทีมงาน Ludostiy และ Fair Play Labs โดยตัวเกมจะเป็นเกมแนวต่อสู้ที่มีระบบคล้ายคลึงกับเกม Super Smash Bros. ของ Nintendo ในฉากกว่า 20 ฉากของเกมที่เป็นการนำเอาฉากจากการ์ตูนของ Nickelodeon มาทำการดัดแปลง โดยเกมจะรองรับโหมดการเล่นทั้งในรูปแบบ local และ online ถึงสี่ผู้เล่น และนอกจากโหมดการเล่นปกติแล้วเกมก็จะมีโหมดการเล่นใหม่ๆ อย่าง “Sports Ball” ที่เป็นโหมดที่ดัดแปลงมาจาก “Slap Ball” โหมดการเล่นในเกม Slap City ที่เป็นผลงานก่อนหน้าของทีมงานมาให้ได้เล่นกันอีกด้วย ซึ่งในโหมดการเล่นนี้ผู้เล่นจะต้องทำการใช้ลูกบอลเป็นตัวกลางในการโจมตีใส่คู่ต่อสู้แทนการโจมตีในรูปแบบปกติ
