House Flipper เป็นเกมแนว Building Simulation จากทีมผู้พัฒนา Empyrean โดยคุณจะได้รับบทเป็นช่างก่อสร้าง และรับเหมาตกแต่งบ้าน รวมไปถึงทำความสะอาดด้วยอุปกรณ์และสกิลต่างๆที่คุณมี โดยเราจะมีสำนักงานของตัวเองเป็นบ้านเก่าๆเล็กๆซอมซ่อหลังหนึ่ง และจะมีคอมพิวเตอร์แล็ปท็อปไว้คอยรับงานที่ลูกค้าจ้างเข้ามา เมื่อเราพอใจรับงานไหน เราก็จะเดินทางไปยังบ้านของลูกค้า และทำงานนั้นให้เสร็จ โดยเงื่อนไขในการผ่านภารกิจก็จะแตกต่างกันไป เช่น ต่อเติมห้อง ทุบกำแพงแล้วสร้างใหม่ ทาสีห้องใหม่ ซ่อมอุปกรณ์ที่เสีย ติดตั้งเพิ่ม ไปจนถึงทำความสะอาดตัวบ้าน เรียกได้ว่าครบครันกันเลยทีเดียว
