ProxyCap คือโปรแกรมที่สามารถแปลงไอพีจริง เปลี่ยนเป็นไอพีปลอม เพื่อให้สามารถเข้าไปเล่น Camfrog หรือท่องเน็ตได้ (กรณีถูกแบน) โดย ProxyCap มันจะทำการแปลงไอพีให้กลายเป็นไอพีนอก เพื่อให้สามารถไปส่องโซนนอกได้ (ถ้ายูสเซอร์เป็นตัวบาง หรือไม่มีโค๊ด 100 จอ เป็น) โดยสามารถเลือกรูปแบบการติดต่อทั้งแบบ SOCKS v5 Proxy Servers แล้วนำไอพีเถื่อน หรือ proxy ที่ค้นหาจากเว็บ มาใส่ในโปรแกรม ProxyCap จากนั้นทำการทดสอบการใช้งาน
