Description:
Hallo Northern Sky (HNSKY) is a professional planetarium for amateur astronomers and all those who are fond of celestial objects.
You can move around the starry sky, see photos of constellations and planets taken by telescopes, missing ones are easily downloaded from any of 3 online catalogs with one click of the mouse.
The application database includes information on more than 4.5 million stars up to magnitude 12.5 and more than 30,000 sky objects. After downloading catalogs such as USNO UCAC4 or GSC 1.2, the program will display the stars up to the sixteenth magnitude. There are hundreds of photographs of celestial bodies obtained with the most powerful telescopes, using the context menu, it is possible to get the missing photo of an arbitrary region from the Internet. The application includes a huge number of features that you need to get used to, the interface is implemented in twenty-one languages (including Russian). You can update and edit database information, exclude or include the display of objects of various types (for example, meteors or planets), receive information (in English) and their coordinates, perform searches (both in the application database and on the Internet).
