The Tenants เป็นเกมที่มีกราฟิกไม่สูงมากนักคอมพิวเตอร์ที่เครื่องไม่แรงก็สามารถเล่นเกมนี้ได้ โดยตัวเกมนั้นมีลักษณะเป็นการก่อสร้าง ซึ่งภารกิจหลักของเกมก็คือการตกแต่งห้องให้ตรงตามความพอใจสำหรับลูกค้า หลังจากตกแต่งห้องเสร็จเรียบร้อยแล้วผู้เล่นจะได้รับการรีวิวจากลูกค้าโดยจะแบ่งระดับเป็นทั้งหมด 5 ดาว ซึ่งจำนวนเงินก็ได้ตามการรีวิวจากผลงานด้วยเช่นกัน เกมนี้เป็นอีกหนึ่งเกมที่ต้องบริหารเงินเนื่องจากเงินที่ใช้ในการตกแต่งห้องนั้นเป็นเงินของผู้เล่นเอง ถ้าหากว่าบริหารเงินไม่ดีก็อาจจะไม่สามารถซื้อของมาตกแต่งห้องให้ตรงตามความพอใจของลูกค้าได้นั่นเอง
