RKN blocked the host officecdn.microsoft.com.edgesuite.net, from which the office installer downloaded office distributions. Now in the programhttp://officecdn.microsoft.com/DB
DB is Europe, you could have chosen the USA, this is PR, but there my download speed was 10, and from Europe 30 Megabits.
In the settings it is possible to specify a proxy server, but only for aria2.
