ผู้เล่นยังรับบทเป็น Ezio Auditore da Firenze ต่อสู้รับมือกับ Ceasare ผู้เป็นลูกชายของตัวร้ายจากเกมภาค 2 และเป็นนายพลควบคุมกองทัพ Papal เมื่อ Ceasare หวังล้างแค้น Ezio โดยบุกรุกเมือง Auditore และคฤหาสน์หลังโตของ Ezio และกำจัดผู้เป็นลุงของตัวละครเอก ตัวละครเอกภายในเกมมีพัฒนาการที่ดีตามประสบการณ์การเ ป็นนักลอบสังหาร ตั้งแต่การโจมตีท่าใหม่ๆและทักษะด้านปืนป่ายโลดโผน ภายในเกมมีฉากหนึ่งให้ผู้เล่นกำจัดกองทหารที่พยายามใ ช้ปืนใหญ่ยิงถล่มหมู่บ้าน ผู้เล่นจะต้องปืนหนีขึ้นหลังคาและกระโดดลงขี่ม้าเพื่ อต่อสู้ศัตรู พร้อมกับต้องหลบหนีไปตั้งหลักเมืองอื่นแทน ศัตรูภายในเกมมีอาวุธล้ำสมัยและรู้ทันมากขึ้น ทำให้การจัดการเพียงคนเดียวอาจเป็นไปได้ยาก ภาคนี้จึงมีเพื่อนฝูงที่มีอุดมการณ์เดียวกัน หวังโค่นล้มผู้ที่มีอำนาจที่คอยกดขี่ประชาชน ผู้เล่นจะได้พบกับทีมสังหารจากเมืองและทวีปต่างๆ มีอาวุธและทักษะเป็นพิเศษ สามารถเรียกใช้ทีมสังหารตามต้องการ ตามสถานการณ์อันตรายและพัฒนาตัวละครให้แข็งแกร่งมืออาชีพมากขึ้น

วิธีติดตั้ง

1. แตกไฟล์ด้วยโปรแกรม WinRAR โดยให้ใส่ Password : www.gamehousevn.com
2. แตกไฟล์ด้วยโปรแกรม WinRAR อีกครั้ง
3. รันไฟล์ ac_brotherhood_1.02_update.exe เพื่อทำการอัพเดทตัวเกมส์
4. นำไฟล์ทั้งหมดใน Skidrow ไปวางในโฟลเดอร์ลงเกม
5.เล่นได้แล้วครับ
