ผู้เล่นจะต้องผจญภัยต่อสู้กับเหล่าทหารเกาหลีเหนือ พร้อมกับจัดตั้งกองกำลังต่อต้านเพื่อฮึดสู้ให้ได้ รูปแบบการเล่นเกมส์นี้จะมุ่งเน้นเรื่องการลอบจัดการ และโจมตีแบบกองโจรเพื่อไม่ให้กองทัพทหารได้ทันตั้งตัว สร้างความสั่นคลอนของกองกำลังเผด็จการ อีกทั้งให้ผู้เล่นเดินทางในสถานที่อย่างอิสระบนพื้นที่ฉากเกมส์ที่กว้างใหญ่ ที่สำคัญเกมส์ดังกล่าว ยังใช้เอนจิ้นเกมส์ CryEngine ตัวล่าสุด สร้างความสมจริงของเกมส์ทุกองค์ประกอบ ถ่ายทอดเกมส์ราวกับโลกจริงอย่างตระกาลตา
