The turn-based strategy game Phantom Doctrine is a spy thriller that takes place at the height of the Cold War. The player reveals the mysterious world of intelligence operations and counterintelligence - a world full of conspiracies and paranoia, in which they play with a variety of influences and capture the sophisticated intrigues of classic spy films and skilfully stage them.

As the leader of a secret organization known only as the Cabal, it is up to the player to stop a conspiracy spanning the globe for which entire nations are to be played off against each other. Conduct covert operations, investigate top secret files, and interrogate enemy agents to uncover a perfidious power game. A race against time begins - will you succeed in saving the world from an unthinkable fate?
