Afterfall: Insanity เป็นเกมแนวผจญภัยสยองขวัญมุมมองบุคคลที่สามซึ่งเกิดขึ้นในโลกหลังหายนะนิวเคลียร์ ช่วงหลังจากสงครามโลกครั้งที่ 3
เกมแนวตะลุยด่านที่ให้ความสนจริงและความหลอนในตัวด้วยระบบ Unreal 3 Engine ที่ให้ความสมจริงของกราฟฟิก โดย Intoxicate Studios ผู้พัฒนาเกม
โดยรวมของ Afterfall-Insanityนั้นค่อนข้างจะมีกราฟฟิกที่เน้นมิติของภาพและความสมจริงเป็นหลัก หากเล่นเล่นกับระบบ 3 มิติน่าจะดีไม่น้อยเลยทีเดียว
ซึ่งคาดว่า Afterfall-Insanity น่าจะรองรับการเล่นเกมในระบบ 3 มิติ ได้ด้วย(ความสยองและความสนุกน่าจะเพิ่มเป็นเท่าตัว)

1.แตกไฟล์ด้วย Winrar
2.จะได้ไฟล์Afterfall Insanity .iso
3.ให้เมาท์อิมเมจด้วย Power Iso (วิธีเมาท์อิมเมจ)
4.เข้าไปยังไดว์ที่เราเมาท์อิมเมจไว้ แล้ว คลิกที่ Setup.exe
5.ให้ใส่ซีเรียลอะไรก็ได้
