น่าจะไฟล์ XINPUT1_3.dll หายนะครับ ลองหาโหลดใน google มาใส่ใน C:\Windows\System32 ถ้า 64bit ใส่ใน C:\Windows\SystemWOW64 ดูนะครับ

หรือถายังไม่ได้ หา Directx กับ .NETFramework มาลงดูนะ ผมก็ไม่รูเท่าไหร่หรอกครับ เพราะผมลงก็เล่นได้เลย

หรือไม่ก็ลอง ลงไดร์เวอร์การ์ดจอใหม่ดูนะครับ
ถ้ายังไม่ได้ก็ลง .NET,VC,DX ใหม่ดูนะครับ
ถ้ายังไม่ได้ก็ลงเกมใหม่ดูครับ
ยังไม่ได้อีกก็ UPDATE WINDOWS เลยครับ (ผมว่าลองอันนี้ก่อน น่าจะแจ่ม) อิอิ
ผมก็ไม่ค่อยรู้หรอกนะครับ แค่อยากให้ลอง ตอนนั้นก็เล่นเกม HITMAN ไม่ได้ ต้องอัพเดทวินโดว์ครับ
นอกนั้นไม่รู้แล้วครับ ^^ เพราะผมเล่นได้ไม่มีปัญหา เลยไม่รู้จะแก้ยังไง

Disable effects like Post Filter, Shadows, AA and AF
Go to start, click on run, type dxdiag and hit enter. Select Sound tab and drag "Hardware Sound Acceleration Level" slider to the left for disabling Full acceleration, save the changes by clicking on OK and restart the game.
