แพตช์นี้เป็นการอัพเดทครั้งใหญ่อีกครั้ง จากการอัพเดท Dota 1 6.78 เพียงสัปดาห์เดียว
มีการอัพเดทตามเข้ามา (Parity Changes) ใน Dota2 ทันที ซึ่งจะเป็นการปรับสมดุลครั้งใหญ่ วิถีการเล่นก็คงต้อง

- Berserker's Blood Huskar ปรับเอฟเฟคต์จากการปรับสกิลให้ยิ่งเลือดน้อย ยิ่งกันเวทย์และตีเร็ว




- Stone Gaze Medusa ปรับเอฟเฟคต์ใหม่จากสกิลที่หากหันหน้าหา Medusa 2 วินาทีเป็นก้อนหิน



- Elune's Arrow Mirana ถึงจะปรับนิดหน่อย แต่มีการปรับหน้าตาเรื่องความเข้มและลดขนาดธนูลง 10% สำคัญสุด
ศัตรูจะไม่เห็นหรือได้ยินเสียงธนูอีกแล้ว รู้ตัวตอนโดนเท่านั้น
