ROAD NOT TAKEN: เป็นเกมจากค่าย Spryfox ผู้เคยทำเกม Tripletown ที่เป็นเป็นแนว Puzzle อันโด่งดัง..(ท่านไหนที่ยังไม่เคยเล่นเกม Tripletown ไปดาวน์โหลดตัวเกมได้จากลิ้งค์นี้ครับ >> http://bit.ly/1yRN047 << ) ...ซึ่งตัวเกมนี้ก็ยังคงเป็นแนว Puzzle เรียงของ.. ที่ไม่ใช่แค่เรียงของธรรมดา.. แต่ยังมีผสม RPG / Roguelike / Crafting เข้าไปอีกด้วย และในการเล่นแต่ละครั้ง ด่านหรือ item ที่วางในด่านก็จะถูก random ใหม่ไปทุกๆ รอบด้วย ..รูปแบบเกมเพลย์ของตัวเกมได้รับอิทธิพลหลักมาจากบทกวีชื่อเดียวกันของ "Robert Frost" ที่ให้ผู้เล่นเดินทางท่องไปยังป่าลึกลับแห่งหนึ่งที่ถูกพายุหิมะโหมกระหน่ำ และในระหว่างการเดินสำรวจผู้เล่นจะได้พบกับอุปสรรคสิ่งกีดขวาง สัตว์ป่า รวมถึงเด็กที่กำลังหลงทาง โดยแฝงข้อคิดที่ว่า "จะเกิดอะไรขึ้นเมื่อเหตุการณ์ต่างๆนำพาเราเดินไปสู้เส้นทางที่เราไม่ได้เป็นคนเลือก" โดยเกมนี้เป็นแนว Puzzle แบบ Turnbase.. คือ เมื่อเราเดิน 1 ก้าว เวลาก็จะเดินไปด้วย 1 Turn ทั้งศัตรู หรือ เวลาในเกมก็จะผ่านไป... รวมไปถึงสิ่งแวดล้อม อายุของตัวละครต่าง ๆ ก็จะเพิ่ม (แก่) ไปตามเวลาอีกด้วย.... ซึ่งตัวเราก็จะมีเวลาทั้งหมด 15 ปีในเกม เมื่อเวลาหมด... ตัวเราก็จะตายลง ถือว่าจบเกมในรอบนั้น... โดย concept หลักของเกมคือ เรียงของให้ได้ตรมตามจำนวนเป้าของประตูในห้องนั้น ๆ ประตูก็จะถูกเปิดออกให้ไปต่อได้ครับ และ ของแต่ละอย่าง สามารถหยิบผ่านห้องได้แบบอิสระนั่นเองครับ
